Serve as the BTS point of contact for company routine operations with BUD, Medical, CEx/SFE, Training, Trade, etc. Qualifications ?Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. ?Proficient in English. ?At least 5-6 years of experience in IT project/system operation management and data projects, preferably within multinational healthcare companies. ?Knowledge of CRM, CLM, SFA, DDI, Incentive Tools, Events, Digital Solutions, Digital Marketing, Enterprise WeChat, Business Analytics, and Data Management. ?Strong knowledge of mainstream IT technology frameworks, such as Java, SQL, and network security. ?Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. ?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value. ?Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. ?Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or other IT management certifications are a plus.
