RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply template processes and identify potential GAP's
System Configuration and Customization
Identify and document specific business requirements
Identify data to be mapped
Taking part in setting up integration
Conduct testing
Provide training for key users
Documentation of pre-study, configurations, workshops etc.
Taking part in planning exercises
Identify major changes
TASKS
Prepare workshops
D365 configuration set up
Lead workshops
Update DevOps
Write meeting minutes
Perform testing
Assist key users in various task related to project work
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency with Microsoft D365 and its functionalities related to business process area
Ability to manage change and guide local teams through process transformation
Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and survey technical information.
Problem-solving abilities to address process-related issues and optimize system usage
