職位描述 / Job Description: 1. 開發(fā)、評(píng)估和管理零部件供應(yīng)商,推動(dòng)供應(yīng)商持續(xù)改進(jìn); Develop, evaluate and manage component suppliers, and drive continuous improvement. 2. 制定并優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈策略,確保成本控制、品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定與交期達(dá)成; Develop and optimize supply chain strategies to ensure cost control, quality stability, and on-time delivery. 3. 熟悉鋁合金、碳纖維、鋰電池等核心材料的采購(gòu)渠道與市場(chǎng)行情; Familiar with procurement channels and market trends of core materials such as aluminum alloy, carbon fiber, and lithium batteries. 4. 跟進(jìn)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目,支持研發(fā)與工程團(tuán)隊(duì)完成樣品及量產(chǎn)落地; Support new product development projects and collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to deliver samples and mass production. 5. 負(fù)責(zé)與海外總部及工廠對(duì)接,確保采購(gòu)流程符合集團(tuán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及國(guó)際合規(guī)要求; Coordinate with overseas headquarters and factories to ensure procurement processes comply with corporate standards and international regulations. 6. 分析行業(yè)趨勢(shì)和市場(chǎng)價(jià)格波動(dòng),定期輸出采購(gòu)與成本分析報(bào)告。 Analyze industry trends and market price fluctuations, and provide regular procurement and cost analysis reports. 任職要求 / Requirements: 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械、材料、供應(yīng)鏈管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先; Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Materials, Supply Chain Management or related fields preferred. 2. 5年以上采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有自行車 / 電動(dòng)車 / 滑板車或相關(guān)零部件行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先; Minimum 5 years procurement experience, preferably in bicycle, e-bike, scooter, or related components industry. 3. 能夠熟練使用 Excel 及 Google 套件; Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace. 4. 熟悉兩輪車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和主要零部件供應(yīng)商資源; Familiar with the two-wheel vehicle supply chain and key component suppliers. 5. 優(yōu)秀的供應(yīng)商開發(fā)與談判能力,具備成本分析與質(zhì)量管控意識(shí); Excellent supplier development and negotiation skills, with strong cost analysis and quality control awareness. 6. 英語流利,能作為工作語言,具備跨文化溝通能力; Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills. 7. 有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 Team management experience is preferred. 薪酬福利 / Compensation & Benefits: 具備競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬(年薪 + 績(jī)效獎(jiǎng)金); Competitive salary (annual + performance bonus) 五險(xiǎn)一金及補(bǔ)充商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)、年度體檢; Social insurance, housing fund, additional commercial insurance, and annual health check. 雙休,每年享有 20 天年假; Two-day weekend, 20 days annual leave per year. 豐富的團(tuán)建及旅游活動(dòng); Team building activities and company trips.
