此崗位接受25屆應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生
職位描述:
1、協(xié)助制定和完善集團(tuán)公司人事規(guī)章制度、管理辦法及相關(guān)管理流程;
2、協(xié)助完成公司年度人力成本核算編制及人力成本審核;
3、各內(nèi)外報(bào)表的統(tǒng)計(jì)審核、確保內(nèi)容數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤并按時(shí)提交上級(jí)單位或相關(guān)部門(mén);
4、組織開(kāi)展員工年度考核,匯總分析考核結(jié)果,建立績(jī)效考核檔案;
5、員工各項(xiàng)福利的審核與管理;
6、員工五險(xiǎn)一金的繳納、核定等工作、商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)等相關(guān)工作;
7、完成其他人事相關(guān)工作。
任職要求:
1、大學(xué)本科(985/211)及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源、勞動(dòng)管理等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、熟悉國(guó)家及地區(qū)相關(guān)勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī)及政策;擁有人力資源管理師等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)證書(shū)優(yōu)先;
3、具有較強(qiáng)的人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、組織能力以及團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。
Job Description
  1. Assist in formulating and optimizing corporate HR policies, management procedures, and workflows.
  2. Support annual HR budget planning, cost calculation, and expenditure review.
  3. Compile and verify internal/external reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission to authorities or stakeholders.
  4. Organize annual employee performance evaluations, consolidate results for analysis, and maintain performance archives.
  5. Administer employee benefits programs including audits and compliance management.
  6. Execute payroll-related social insurance (五險(xiǎn)一金) contributions, verification, and commercial insurance operations.
  7. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree (985/211 universities preferred) or above in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields.
  2. Proficient in national/regional labor laws and regulations. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  3. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills with teamwork orientation and high accountability.
