2. Work Experience

Have successfully built a new media brand from scratch (0 to 1) and managed accounts with 100K+ followers long-term.
Possess 5+ years of managerial experience in new media account operations, with proven cases of creating and managing influential accounts (e.g., 1M+ followers or industry-recognized impact).
3. Platform Operation Skills
Proficiency in operating mainstream new media platforms (WeChat Official Accounts, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili), including:
Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms, user behavior, content distribution logic, and traffic acquisition strategies.
Ability to formulate tailored operation strategies.
Preference for candidates with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Douyin/Xiaohongshu.
4. Content Creation Capabilities
Exceptional copywriting skills to produce high-quality, viral content (e.g., trending articles).
