Job responsibilities:
1. Create customer master data, material mater data in SAP system according to the company process and file the related information as well;
2. Handle customer inquiries, orders, deliveries and billing in a time;
3. Closely working with customers on all order related issues;
4. Support to sales team for customer service, order execution status;
5. Closely working with supply chain management to follow production and ensure delivery on time;
6. Closely working with technologist for technical requirements;
7. Closely working with QC department to handle quality/claim issue;
8. Closely working with finance department for customer credit, invoice, payment etc.;
9. Achieve realistic, acceptable, lead times for customers;
10. Provide order status and reports to customers and sales;
11. Assist in the control of sales process and put forward optimization suggestions;
12. Maintain good relationship within each department;
13. Other tasks assigned.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in science, engineering, mechanical and electrical preferred;
2. More than three years working experience in multinational companies;
3. Proficient in English;
4. Rigorous, meticulous and good communication and coordination ability;
5. SAP software experience, familiar with office software;
6. Good sense of service, patience and responsibility, initiative.

2. 準確及時處理日??蛻粼儍r、訂單及發(fā)貨開票等相關操作;
3. 與客戶保持密切聯(lián)系,及時反饋客戶需求,跟進訂單情況及客戶投訴;
4. 與銷售團隊溝通關于客戶服務,訂單執(zhí)行情況等;
5. 與供應鏈部門密切配合,努力改善訂單的及時交貨率;
6. 及時反饋客戶的技術需求給相應的技術人員;
7. 與質量部門配合處理好產品質量問題和客戶投訴;
8. 與財務部就信用額度,發(fā)票及付款等問題進行及時的溝通;
9. 努力為客戶達成合理的交貨期;
10. 跟進訂單情況,并定時發(fā)送給客戶及銷售;
11. 協(xié)助做好銷售流程的控制,并提出優(yōu)化建議 ;
12. 與其他部門保持良好的協(xié)作關系;
13. 分配的其他工作。
崗位要求:
1. 大專以上學歷,理、工科專業(yè)、機電專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2. 3年以上跨國公司相關工作經驗;
3. 英語熟練;
4. 嚴謹、細致、良好的溝通協(xié)調能力;
5. SAP軟件使用經驗,熟悉office辦公軟件;
6. 良好的服務意識、耐心和責任心,工作積極主動。
