Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities
Take charge of maintaining relationships with local clients in South Korea. Regularly communicate with existing clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure high client satisfaction. Proactively follow up on client orders, delivery schedules, and after - sales service to maintain long - term and stable cooperative relationships.

Develop new clients in the Korean market. Conduct in - depth market research to identify potential client groups and business opportunities. Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to promote our products and services, and achieve the new client development targets.

Cooperate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and customer service to ensure the smooth progress of the sales process. Timely feedback client requirements and market information to the company, and provide suggestions for product improvement and business strategy adjustment.
Complete the sales performance indicators assigned by the company on time. Prepare sales reports regularly, analyze sales data, and summarize sales experience to continuously improve sales performance.

Job Requirements

Language Skills: Proficient in Korean and English. Fluent in both oral and written communication, able to conduct business negotiations, prepare business documents, and communicate with clients smoothly in both languages.

Work Experience: Having relevant sales experience is essential. Those with experience in the maritime industry will be given priority. Familiar with the maritime market and related products will be an advantage.

Professional Abilities: Strong client development and relationship management skills. Good at analyzing market trends and client needs, and formulating targeted sales plans. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem - solving abilities.

Personal Qualities: Positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure. Good team spirit and cooperation ability, able to coordinate with various departments to complete work tasks.
