Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing high-quality PowerPoint (PPT) presentations. These presentations will be used for client meetings, sales pitches, and internal sales reviews, requiring clear data visualization and professional layout design.
Handle the entire lifecycle of sales contracts, from drafting initial versions based on sales requirements to reviewing contract terms for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with relevant departments (such as finance) to ensure contracts are finalized and signed in a timely manner, and maintain a well-organized contract filing system.
Assist in managing sales documents and data, including updating sales spreadsheets, tracking customer information, and compiling sales reports. Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the sales team and management.
Communicate fluently in English (both verbal and written) with internal teams and external clients. This includes responding to client inquiries via email or phone, participating in English-language meetings, and supporting international sales activities.
Take responsibility for follow-up tasks related to sales projects, such as reminding clients of contract deadlines, coordinating product delivery schedules, and resolving minor client issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to support sales activities, such as preparing sales materials, arranging client visits, and assisting in organizing sales events or promotions.
Job Requirements
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Sales, English, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in creating and editing PPT presentations (with the ability to design visually appealing slides) and using Excel for data management. Experience in using contract management software is a plus.
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and ensure high-quality work even under pressure.
Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written). Candidates with English proficiency certificates (such as CET-6, TOEFL, or IELTS) will be given priority.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of sales processes and business etiquette. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
