SUMMARY:
Lead and supervise Regional Strategic Marketing initiatives with focus on strategic planning, growth initiatives, product management and sustainability
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
?Lead market research projects, competitive intelligence gathering, and strategic analysis to identify market opportunities
?Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
?Develop and implement regional product strategies and lifecycle management plans
?Drive product innovation and performance optimization across regional markets
?Oversee the regional new product development process and ensure compliance with stage gate requirements
?Collaborate with country/function leaders to align regional marketing strategies
?Collaborate with countries to ensure the regional sustainability performance meet global requirements
?Drive sustainability awareness trainings/campaign in the regional level per required
EDUCATION:
?Bachelor's degree or above from recognized universities

QUALIFICATIONS:
?2-3 years experience in top-tier consulting firms with focus on strategy or marketing projects
?Strong background in business strategy and marketing; engineering background is a plus
?Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering results
?Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
?Strong leadership and project management skills
?Outstanding communication and presentation skills
?Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
?Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
?Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
