1、Lead and motivate the team to drive sales performance in store to achieve sales targets; 2、 Provide training and setting performance standard to ensure the store team deliver; 3、excellent customer service to every customer; 4、 Identify, recruit and develop talents; 5、 Manage customer database and drive appointment bookings; 6、 Handling day-to-day operations to ensure efficient store functioning; 7、 Ensure a customer-friendly environment within the store, presenting the best brand image; 8、 Act as a liaison between the Head Office and the store to ensure effective communications; 9、Build a strong connection and relationships with relevant stakeholders; 10、Understand the latest automobile business environment and keep abreast of technological changes in motors; 11、Support pop-up stores in various locations when required. 【Job Requirements】 1、Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in motor sales; 2、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers from diverse background; 3、Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of handling pressure and multitasking; 4、工作地點(diǎn)在香港,要求會(huì)流利的粵語(yǔ),以及基本專(zhuān)業(yè)的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書(shū)面語(yǔ)。 【W(wǎng)ork Location】Wan Chai / Kowloon Bay / Yuen Long,Hong Kong
