How You’ll Make an Impact ?Lead extended budget/firm bid projects key activities, including project bid strategy technically, concept and customer requirement clarification, thermal and mechanical design of compressor, risk assessment, cost price calculation and time schedule optimization, technical document preparation, service coordination and technical negotiations. ?Project handover after receiving an order to project execution departments including Engineering and Project Management in line with applicable guidelines and processes ?Technical support of sales managers and close to customers and partners during projects pre-acquisition phase, increase local technical competencies. ?Communicate and coordinate with internal partners within international bidding teams and expert network. ?Active involvement in the continuous improvement of the proposal processes and tools to ensure the quality of the proposals ?Other responsibilities assigned by the management What You Bring ?Turbo-machinery or Thermal and Power engineering background ?Professional experience in Sales, Application Management or Engineering, preferably in the field of turbo-machinery industry, customer interfaced ?Business result and customer orientation ?Good English skills both oral and written ?Willing to learn ?Collaboration & Influencing
