JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Min. Education Level: Bachelor Degree
Min. Years of Experience: 5 years related indirect sourcing/category management experience
Required Language Proficiency: Good Command of English
Professional Knowledge: Indirect sourcing/category management experience Procurement, including goods/service category

? Enabling and deploying strategic initiatives in category management and spending analysis
? Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all functions and levels of the organization
? Acumen business sense and industry searching / analysis skills
? Professional experiences in indirect procurement functionality, including goods and services category both for CAPEX and OPEX like MRO/IT/HR/Logistics/Engineering/Consulting, etc.
? Excellent communication skills to collaborate across varies functions both internally and externally
? Experience working in a large multi-national company ( e.g. MNC or Fortune 500 or business firm) with Category management /Shared service model / P2P will be preferred
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Collaborate with the Purchasing Team/ Business Stakeholders to develop and deploy strategy for indirect relevant category to meet business requirement and achieve annualized spending optimization target
? Create Category Management Initiatives in Supplier management and Requirement standardizations to realize cost reduction via various approaches.
? Comply with Procurement Policies to complete supplier selection through DD/ on-site accreditation
? Lead RFP, supplier negotiations and contracts to meet the cost saving target
? Execute high-quality sourcing for new projects within specified timelines, including commercial negotiations and quality/technical follow-ups
? Proficient in cost analysis to drive single negotiation to make buying cost competitive
? Submit procurement decisions for approval according to policies and execute procurement contract finalization
? Guide and sustain procurement excellence across internal and external partners by digital / technology applications in order to reduce requirement and service complexity.
? Understand indirect goods and services costs drivers, communication risks/opportunities to the business
? Assist other category/ projects if necessary
