主要任務(wù)和職責(zé)/Main tasks and responsibilities
1.調(diào)查研究最新市場(chǎng)信息和行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)，收集潛在的項(xiàng)目信息，提出新項(xiàng)目開(kāi)拓計(jì)劃；
Investigate and study the newest market information and industry trends, collect potential project information, and propose new project development plans;
2.開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶，進(jìn)行客戶梳理、客戶談判，維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系，保持良好的溝通，達(dá)成項(xiàng)目滿意度指標(biāo)；
Develop new customers, customers sorting and negotiation, maintain customers relationship, keep good communication, and achieve the project satisfaction index;
3.起草商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)，制定項(xiàng)目方案、報(bào)價(jià)策略和投標(biāo)計(jì)劃；
Draft the business plan, create the project plan, quotation strategy and bidding plan;
4.創(chuàng)建項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，并確保與技術(shù)或關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人以及技術(shù)領(lǐng)域合作，遵循這些計(jì)劃/概念（如資源計(jì)劃、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、成本計(jì)劃等），根據(jù)需要，在出現(xiàn)偏差時(shí)采取行動(dòng)；
Create project plans and assure they are followed (e.g. resource planning, schedule planning, cost planning, etc.) in cooperation with technical or key project leaders as well as technical areas; introduce actions in case of deviations as required
5.作為相關(guān)內(nèi)部/外部區(qū)域（如項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人、技術(shù)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人、子項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人、客戶、供應(yīng)商、部門(mén)等）之間的核心接口；
Act as key interface between involved internal/external areas (e.g. project leader, technical project leader, sub-project leader, customer, suppliers, departments, etc.);
6.組織進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析，通過(guò)有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理來(lái)減少項(xiàng)目偏差的發(fā)生；
Cooperate in conducting risk analyses, reduce project deviations by effective risk management;
7.規(guī)劃和監(jiān)控所有活動(dòng)，以確保各方面具有有效的質(zhì)量法規(guī)、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、保證交付物的質(zhì)量一致性；
Planning and monitoring of all activities to ensure the respective regionally valid quality regulations, quality standards, the project delivery with the aim of quality conformity;
8.資源管理，與運(yùn)營(yíng)和采購(gòu)合作選擇合適的內(nèi)外部合作伙伴，確定任務(wù)、規(guī)則和接口；
Resource management, select suitable associates in cooperation with operation and purchasing, and define tasks, rules and interfaces;
9.成本管理（例如投標(biāo)階段、成本、盈利能力或攤銷(xiāo)等的比較），確保符合分配的項(xiàng)目預(yù)算，在出現(xiàn)偏差時(shí)采取措施；
Project cost management (e.g. for the bid phase, comparisons of cost, profitability or amortization, etc.), assure compliance with allocated project budget, introduce actions in case of deviations;
10.分析和評(píng)估變更（內(nèi)部/外部），合作談判（如變更的數(shù)量和成本等），并確保實(shí)施；
任職條件
1.大學(xué)本科（985/211）或以上學(xué)歷，英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言，具備良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力；
2.需具備汽車(chē)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，汽車(chē)零部件相關(guān)行業(yè)或有寶馬相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)可優(yōu)先；
3.可接受適應(yīng)國(guó)內(nèi)、外出差。
