工作職責(zé)：
? 配置A2000并簽發(fā)供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)訂單。
? 創(chuàng)建并向工廠發(fā)送PDM（產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理）文件。
? 整理和維護(hù)產(chǎn)品線清單。
? 向工廠詢價(jià)并為銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成成本核算。
? 核對(duì)產(chǎn)品成分/洗護(hù)標(biāo)簽和UPC標(biāo)簽。
? 從報(bào)關(guān)行獲取關(guān)稅和稅費(fèi)信息。
? 理解客戶特定要求，并確保在整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過程中得到滿足。
? 就所有生產(chǎn)相關(guān)事宜與客戶和工廠進(jìn)行溝通。
? 跟蹤并跟進(jìn)測(cè)試結(jié)果、產(chǎn)前樣、尾查報(bào)告以及WIP（在制品）報(bào)告。
? 核對(duì)貨運(yùn)單據(jù)并預(yù)訂船運(yùn)艙位。
? 系統(tǒng)化整理每周WIP報(bào)告，并協(xié)助工廠滿足船期安排。
任職資格：
? 必須擁有本科學(xué)位。
? 必須具備生產(chǎn)相關(guān)背景。
? 必須具備極強(qiáng)的條理性和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
? 出色的書面表達(dá)和溝通能力。
? 熟練使用Microsoft Office辦公軟件和A2000。
? 具備跨項(xiàng)目線進(jìn)行多任務(wù)處理的能力。
? 擁有至少2-5年童裝產(chǎn)品相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR POSITION
Famous brand located in New York City seeks a highly organized and motivated talent for a full-time production coordinator position in Guangzhou office. This position is available immediately.

Job Responsibilities:
? Setup A2000 and Issue vendor purchase order.
? Create and issue PDM (Product Data Management) to the factory.
? Organize and maintain line sheets.
? Request cost from factory and complete cost for sales team.
? Check content care label and UPC tickets.
? Obtain duty and tariff information from the customs broker.
? Understand customer-specific requirements and ensure they are met throughout production.
? Communicate with both customers and factories regarding all production-related inquiries.
? Track and follow up on test results, production samples, inspections, and WIP (Work in Progress) reports.
? Verify shipping document and book vessel.
? Systematize weekly WIP report and assist the factory in meeting the shipping schedule.

Job Qualifications:
* Must have an undergraduate degree.
* Must have a background in production.
* Must be extremely organized and a team player.
* Excellent written and communications skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and A2000.
* Ability to multi-task at various levels across project lines.
* Minimum experience in childrenswear products 2-5 years.
