美國/歐洲市場貨代銷售貿(mào)易/進(jìn)出口貨運/物流/倉儲
崗位職責(zé)
1、負(fù)責(zé)美國、澳大利亞本地市場的線上營銷戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與落地,聚焦散貨拼柜、整柜業(yè)務(wù),制定符合當(dāng)?shù)刭Q(mào)易企業(yè)需求的推廣方案;
2、主導(dǎo)本地核心推廣渠道運營:包括行業(yè)垂直平臺(如 Freightos、ShipBob、澳大利亞物流協(xié)會平臺等)、搜索引擎(Google/Bing)、社交媒體(LinkedIn、Facebook 行業(yè)群組)、郵件營銷、行業(yè)內(nèi)容營銷等;
3、調(diào)研美國、澳大利亞物流市場趨勢(如貿(mào)易政策變化、航線需求波動)、競品動態(tài)(如價格策略、服務(wù)優(yōu)勢)及目標(biāo)客戶(工廠、貿(mào)易公司、跨境電商賣家)需求,優(yōu)化營銷策略;
4、負(fù)責(zé)營銷預(yù)算管控與投放優(yōu)化,聚焦散貨拼柜、整柜業(yè)務(wù)線索獲取,提升投入產(chǎn)出比(ROI);
5、搭建并維護本地合作資源:包括當(dāng)?shù)刭Q(mào)易協(xié)會、跨境電商平臺、工廠 / 貿(mào)易公司資源、物流行業(yè) KOL / 媒體等,拓展業(yè)務(wù)合作與品牌曝光渠道;
6、產(chǎn)出行業(yè)針對性內(nèi)容(如美國 / 澳大利亞物流航線指南、散貨拼柜操作流程、清關(guān)政策解讀等),通過多渠道分發(fā)吸引精準(zhǔn)客戶;
7、定期復(fù)盤營銷數(shù)據(jù)(線索量、轉(zhuǎn)化率、客戶來源渠道等),輸出報告并迭代推廣策略;協(xié)同銷售團隊跟進(jìn)線索,提升成單率。
任職要求
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷、國際貿(mào)易、物流管理、英語等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、3 年以上美國 / 澳大利亞市場線上營銷經(jīng)驗,有國際物流、跨境貿(mào)易行業(yè)營銷經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,熟悉當(dāng)?shù)匚锪魇袌霏h(huán)境、貿(mào)易規(guī)則及客戶需求;
3、精通至少 2 種核心推廣渠道操作:如 Google Ads(物流關(guān)鍵詞投放)、LinkedIn 行業(yè)營銷、垂直物流平臺運營、內(nèi)容營銷等,能獨立完成渠道搭建與優(yōu)化;
4、優(yōu)秀的英文聽說讀寫能力,可作為工作語言(熟練使用美式英語 / 澳大利亞英語溝通,能撰寫英文行業(yè)營銷文案者優(yōu)先);
5、具備敏銳的物流行業(yè)洞察力、數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,能根據(jù)市場變化(如航線價格波動、政策調(diào)整)快速調(diào)整營銷策略;
6、擁有美國 / 澳大利亞本地物流行業(yè)資源(如貿(mào)易協(xié)會合作經(jīng)驗、客戶資源、媒體資源)者優(yōu)先;
7、工作積極主動,具備較強的項目管理能力、跨團隊溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及抗壓能力,目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向明確。
公司上班時間:8:30-12:00,14:00-18:00,雙休,法定節(jié)假日放假!
Job Responsibilities
1、Responsible for the online marketing strategic planning and implementation in the local markets of the United States and Australia, focusing on LCL and FCL businesses, and formulating promotion plans that meet the needs of local trading enterprises.
2、Lead the operation of local core promotion channels: including industry vertical platforms (such as Freightos, ShipBob, Australian Logistics Association platforms, etc.), search engines (Google/Bing), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook industry groups), email marketing, industry content marketing, etc.
3、Research US and Australia logistics market trends (such as changes in trade policies, fluctuations in route demand), competitor dynamics (such as pricing strategies, service advantages) and target customer (factories, trading companies, cross-border e-commerce sellers) needs, and optimize marketing strategies.
4、Responsible for marketing budget control and delivery optimization, focusing on lead generation for LCL and FCL businesses, and improving return on investment (ROI).
5、Build and maintain local cooperative resources: including local trade associations, cross-border e-commerce platforms, factory/trading company resources, logistics industry KOLs/media, etc., to expand business cooperation and brand exposure channels.
6、Produce industry-specific content (such as US/Australia logistics route guides, LCL operation processes, customs clearance policy interpretations, etc.) and distribute through multiple channels to attract precise customers.
7、Regularly review marketing data (number of leads, conversion rate, customer source channels, etc.), output reports and iterate promotion strategies; collaborate with the sales team to follow up leads and improve the order conversion rate.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, International Trade, Logistics Management, English or related fields is preferred.
2、More than 3 years of online marketing experience in the US/Australia markets, priority to those with marketing experience in international logistics or cross-border trade industry, familiar with the local logistics market environment, trade rules and customer needs.
3、Proficient in the operation of at least 2 core promotion channels: such as Google Ads (logistics keyword delivery), LinkedIn industry marketing, vertical logistics platform operation, content marketing, etc., and able to independently complete channel construction and optimization.
4、Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, which can be used as the working language (proficient in communicating in American English/Australian English, priority to those who can write English industry marketing copy).
5、Possess sharp logistics industry insight and data analysis ability, and can quickly adjust marketing strategies according to market changes (such as route price fluctuations, policy adjustments).
6、Priority to those with local logistics industry resources in the US/Australia (such as trade association cooperation experience, customer resources, media resources).
7、Proactive in work, with strong project management ability, cross-team communication and coordination ability and pressure resistance, and clear goal orientation.
