崗位職責(zé):
? Develop and implement an effective Kemin Brand strategy to strengthen Kemin’s brand leadership in China; lead the Marketing Communication team to develop and execute integrated communication plans (including PR, events, content marketing) aligned with brand strategy.
? Guide the Channel Management team to optimize channel structure, develop key channels, and enhance channel partner management.
? Lead the Digital Marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, optimize digital user experience, and improve digital channel conversion rates.
? Oversee the E-commerce team to manage e-commerce platforms (including official flagship stores, third-party e-commerce channels), develop e-commerce promotion plans, and drive online sales growth and brand exposure.
? Responsible for developing communication plans for corporate initiatives, including writing content and the execution of press releases, employee communications, and external corporate website material, bulletins, sales/marketing materials and other collateral, presentations, tradeshow materials, articles and trade publications, news releases/announcements, and/or blogs.
? Manage internal and external materials as well as communications which increases marketing effectiveness and help build and create brand and/or product awareness.
? Manage marketing, public relations, and communication efforts, and develop advertising and literature, ensuring maintenance of a consistent corporate image throughout all promotional materials, communications, and events.
? Work closely with the sales team, providing appropriate tools, materials and presentations to enable them to meet commercial objectives; coordinate with the Channel Management and E-commerce teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
? Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, including reasonable allocation of budgets for Marketing Communication, Channel Management, Digital Marketing, and E-commerce teams, and monitor budget execution efficiency.
? Motivate and develop staff within the Marketing Department, helping them achieve career development goals and SMART goals; set team performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
任職要求:
? Master’s Degree/MBA with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, bio-chemistry, food, animal nutrition or relative technical back ground.
? A minimum of 8 years of marketing management experience in agrifood, agribusiness, food, health or related industries.
? Experience as an effective marketing manager, project team player, leader and motivator; and the ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with customers, vendors, peers and all levels of management.
? Demonstrated achievement of meeting marketing objectives.
? Strong marketing, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and critical-thinking skills.
? Ability to work under pressure and lead teams to adapt to changes in market and industry trends.
