崗位職責(zé):
1. You will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive category strategies for Casting and Forging materials and services within the HUB, aligning with global procurement objectives and local business needs also conduct market analysis, supplier evaluations, and spend analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and innovation.
2. You will lead the sourcing process, including RFQ/RFP development, bid analysis, negotiation, and contract finalization with suppliers also establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, operations, sales) to understand their requirements and ensure effective category management.
3. You will manage supplier performance, including regular reviews, issue resolution, and driving continuous improvement initiatives also monitor and report on key procurement metrics, including savings achieved, supplier performance, and risk management.
4. You will ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities and identify and mitigate supply chain risks within the assigned categories.
5. You will stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management also do collaborate with global procurement teams to leverage synergies and best practices across regions.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任職要求:
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management, preferably within a multinational industrial or energy sector company.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful category strategies and achieving significant cost savings.
4. Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex contract negotiations with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
6. Experience with e-procurement platforms and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, SAP ECC) is highly desirable.
7. Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
8. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
