采購(gòu)經(jīng)理

崗位職責(zé):
1) 鐵礦石外貿(mào)采購(gòu)及終端市場(chǎng)區(qū)域開(kāi)發(fā);
2) 維護(hù)現(xiàn)有大客戶及長(zhǎng)協(xié)供應(yīng)商良好關(guān)系;
3) 負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)口鐵礦石等相關(guān)原材料的采購(gòu)工作;
4) 探索開(kāi)發(fā)潛在終端客戶及與鐵礦石相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì);
5) 收集并分析鐵礦石市場(chǎng)信息;
6) 制定并執(zhí)行鐵礦石采購(gòu)/資源開(kāi)發(fā)策略,積極拓展供應(yīng)商渠道;
7) 跨部門協(xié)同合作,研判市場(chǎng)走勢(shì),分享市場(chǎng)行情信息,提供數(shù)據(jù)支持;
8) 外貿(mào)采購(gòu)報(bào)盤篩選、合同談判及協(xié)助合同執(zhí)行,確保從前期到尾款結(jié)算的全流程跟進(jìn)。
崗位要求:
1) 本科及以上學(xué)歷,國(guó)際貿(mào)易、商務(wù)英語(yǔ)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2) 5年或以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備鐵礦石煤炭等相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)或鋼材外貿(mào)銷售等領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;有市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)、客戶維護(hù)或訂單跟進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
3) 具備良好的溝通能力、談判技巧及人際交往能力;
4) 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),有執(zhí)行力,具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí);
5) 能承受工作壓力,能適應(yīng)國(guó)際出差,為人誠(chéng)實(shí)守信,積極向上;
6) 具備出色的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力。
Procurement Manager
Location: Singapore, Shanghai, Rizhao
Job Responsibilities:
? Manage international procurement of iron ore and develop terminal market regions;
? Maintain strong relationships with key clients and long-term suppliers;
? Responsible for procurement of imported iron ore and related raw materials;
? Explore and develop potential terminal customers and business opportunities related to iron ore;
? Collect and analyze market information on iron ore;
? Formulate and implement procurement and resource development strategies for iron ore, actively expanding supplier channels;
? Collaborate cross-departmentally to analyze market trends, share market insights, and provide data support;
? Screen foreign trade procurement offers, negotiate contracts, and assist with contract execution to ensure full-process follow-up from initiation to final payment settlement.
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business English, or related fields;
? Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates with iron ore, coal, or steel foreign trade sales experience; experience in market development, client maintenance, or order follow-up is a plus;
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
? High sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and good teamwork spirit;
? Able to work under pressure, willing to travel internationally, honest, and positive attitude;
? Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
