About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Act as licensed RO under IA regulations
Ensure compliance with Insurance Ordinance and AML requirements
Serve as primary liaison with the Insurance Authority
Expand insurance product offerings and client base
Build relationships with insurers and corporate clients
Recruit, train and manage brokerage team
Oversee daily brokerage operations

Requirements:
Holder of llQE Qualification (Paper l ,ll, lll, V and Mandatory Provident Fund SchemesExamination)
Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
Hold an RO license for insurance brokerage, including but not limited to long-term insurance business.
Minimum 5-10 years solid experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a management position
Maintain long-term, positive relationships with industry partners, with the ability to obtain endorsements from multiple insurance companies.
In-depth understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret the regulatory framework for daily operations.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese/Mandarin
