Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to execute and optimise marketing initiatives across the UK Chinese consumer market. This role focuses on driving user acquisition, improving conversion performance and managing key marketing channels through data-driven execution.
The role is ideal for a marketing professional who is comfortable working close to the ground, managing day-to-day performance while contributing to tactical growth planning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Execution & Growth Delivery
- Execute marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives across acquisition, conversion and retention stages.
- Translate business targets into actionable channel-level marketing activities.
- Identify performance gaps within the customer journey and drive continuous optimisation initiatives.
2. Channel & Website Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across key marketing channels including RED (Xiaohongshu), WeChat, paid media, influencer collaborations, and offline or campus partnerships.
- Manage the company website as a core growth and conversion hub, supporting optimisation of user journey, on-site content and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage SEO and Google Ads execution, working closely with internal teams or agencies to optimise keyword strategy, landing page relevance and conversion performance.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all marketing touchpoints.
3. Partner, KOL & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with KOLs, agencies and external suppliers to support campaign execution.
- Assist in managing cooperation terms, deliverables and performance tracking.
- Support development of marketing partnerships within the UK Chinese community.
4. Performance Marketing & Budget Control
- Manage assigned marketing budgets and track ROI across core channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise spend allocation based on results.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with management.
5. Market Awareness & Optimisation
- Monitor market trends, platform updates and competitor activity to inform campaign adjustments.
- Support testing of new campaign ideas or channels and evaluate performance outcomes.
6. Team Collaboration & Process Support
- Lead the day-to-day work of the operations team, including task allocation, quality control and capability development, to ensure efficient and well-structured execution of marketing initiatives.
Establish standardised operating procedures (SOPs) and execution workflows to improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
2. 5+ years of proven marketing experience, with 6–8 years of hands-on digital or growth-focused marketing experience preferred.
3. Strong understanding of Chinese digital platforms (RED, WeChat, influencers, paid media), with hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads optimisation.
4. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, with the ability to deliver performance reports to senior management.
5. Excellent organisational, cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
6. Native Mandarin with fluent spoken and written English as a working language.

一、市場戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行及增長交付
- 圍繞公司業(yè)務(wù)目標,執(zhí)行覆蓋獲客、轉(zhuǎn)化及留存各階段的市場推廣計劃。
- 將業(yè)務(wù)指標拆解為可落地的渠道級營銷動作。
- 識別用戶轉(zhuǎn)化路徑中的關(guān)鍵問題并持續(xù)推進優(yōu)化。
二、渠道與官網(wǎng)管理
- 負責(zé)小紅書、微信公眾號、付費廣告/投流、達人合作及線下/校園合作等核心渠道的日常運營與管理。
- 將官網(wǎng)作為核心轉(zhuǎn)化陣地進行整體管理,持續(xù)優(yōu)化用戶路徑、站內(nèi)內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)及營銷活動轉(zhuǎn)化效果。
- 負責(zé) SEO 及 Google Ads 的執(zhí)行與優(yōu)化,與內(nèi)部團隊或代理機構(gòu)協(xié)作,持續(xù)提升關(guān)鍵詞策略、落地頁相關(guān)性及轉(zhuǎn)化表現(xiàn)。
- 確保各渠道品牌信息與用戶體驗的一致性。
三、達人、合作伙伴與供應(yīng)商協(xié)調(diào)
- 對接博主、廣告代理及外部供應(yīng)商,推進營銷項目執(zhí)行。
- 協(xié)助管理合作條款、交付內(nèi)容及效果評估。
- 支持拓展英國華人市場相關(guān)的品牌合作資源。
四、效果投放與預(yù)算管理
- 管理所負責(zé)渠道的營銷預(yù)算并跟蹤 ROI 表現(xiàn)。
- 持續(xù)監(jiān)測各項投放效果,并根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果動態(tài)調(diào)整投放策略。
- 定期輸出營銷效果報告,為管理層提供可執(zhí)行的分析結(jié)論。
五、市場洞察與優(yōu)化
- 關(guān)注行業(yè)動態(tài)、平臺規(guī)則變化及競爭對手動向,為市場執(zhí)行調(diào)整提供依據(jù)。
- 支持測試新推廣方式或新渠道,評估實際效果,持續(xù)優(yōu)化獲客漏斗。
六、團隊建設(shè)與能力提升
- 統(tǒng)籌運營團隊的日常工作,負責(zé)工作分配、質(zhì)量把控及能力培養(yǎng),確保各項營銷項目高效、有序推進。
- 建立標準化工作流程(SOP)及執(zhí)行流程,提升整體運營效率。
任職要求
- 本科以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷、傳媒等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
- 5年以上市場營銷經(jīng)驗,6–8年實操型數(shù)字營銷/增長經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;有跨境電商、科技或消費品行業(yè)海外營銷經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
- 熟悉小紅書、微信、達人合作及付費推廣,具備 SEO 與 Google Ads 的實操經(jīng)驗。
