What You’ll Do / 崗位職責
- Manage and grow our marketing
channels (********, WeChat, email campaigns, etc.) to strengthen brand
awareness and generate leads.
管理并拓展公司營銷渠道(********、微信公眾號、郵件營銷等),提升品牌知名度并獲取潛在客戶。 - Design and execute creative, targeted campaigns to
support business objectives (events, webinars, tailored content for key
prospects).
策劃并執(zhí)行創(chuàng)新且有針對性的營銷活動(活動、網(wǎng)絡(luò)研討會、重點客戶專屬內(nèi)容等),支持業(yè)務(wù)目標。 - Develop a content calendar and produce engaging
storytelling-driven content (posts, short videos, articles).
制定內(nèi)容日歷并創(chuàng)作富有故事性的內(nèi)容(發(fā)布內(nèi)容、短視頻、文章等)。 - Break the ice and establish first
contact with key prospects in the automotive, industrial, and luxury
sectors (via ********, events, calls, etc.).
主動聯(lián)系潛在客戶,在汽車、工業(yè)和奢侈品行業(yè)建立初步溝通(通過********、行業(yè)活動、電話等)。 - Qualify and nurture leads to hand
over to the Sales team, supporting the commercial pipeline.
篩選并培育潛在客戶,為銷售團隊提供有價值的銷售線索,支持業(yè)務(wù)增長。 - Collaborate closely with the Sales team to co-develop prospecting strategies and personalized
approaches.
與銷售團隊緊密合作,共同制定開發(fā)策略和個性化客戶接觸方案。 - Track and analyze performance
(engagement, lead generation, conversions) to improve marketing and sales
actions.
跟蹤并分析營銷和銷售數(shù)據(jù)(互動率、潛在客戶獲取、轉(zhuǎn)化率等),持續(xù)優(yōu)化策略。 - Onboard and support interns
involved in marketing and prospecting activities.
協(xié)助實習(xí)生的入職與指導(dǎo),支持營銷與客戶開發(fā)相關(guān)工作。
What We’re Looking For / 任職要求
- 1–3 years of experience in digital
marketing, business development, or a hybrid marketing/sales role.
1–3年數(shù)字營銷、業(yè)務(wù)拓展或市場/銷售綜合崗位經(jīng)驗。 - Excellent interpersonal skills –
ability to build rapport quickly, initiate conversations, and engage
decision-makers.
出色的人際交往能力——能夠快速建立關(guān)系、主動溝通并與關(guān)鍵決策者互動。 - Strong sense of storytelling and visual communication.
具備良好的故事化表達及視覺溝通能力。 - Results-driven, entrepreneurial
mindset, and able to work independently.
結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,具有創(chuàng)業(yè)思維,能獨立完成工作。 - Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics,
CRM, Social Media Analytics).
熟悉數(shù)據(jù)跟蹤與分析工具(如Google Analytics、CRM系統(tǒng)、社交媒體分析工具)。 - Experience in a B2B international environment or
technical sectors (automotive, industrial, luxury) is a plus.
有B2B國際環(huán)境或技術(shù)領(lǐng)域(汽車、工業(yè)、奢侈品)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
