Responsibilities崗位職責(zé):
- High voltage junction box development activities
- Design release for the product compatible with company technical standard requirement, the marketing and project requirements
- Manage the design changes in accordance with QCDP policy, Risk management, Participate parts maturity assessment in each milestone
- Make the supplier process qualification and drive the supplier to improve any quality incident
- Responsible for the technical requirements review with Europe counterpart
- Support HV battery validation and vehicle testing, analyze root cause of malfunction
- Verify the test report from supplier and OEM pack validation team
- Define the development schedule with supplier according to vehicle/battery pack planning
- Parts acceptance and industrialization
- Make the assessment for suppliers’ technical proposal in project quotation phase with professional advice
- Design high voltage distribute box with supplier, OEM project and R&D team
- Manage the project progress as schedule in APQP scope.
- Working with OEM and supplier global teams with fluent English

- 根據(jù)QCDP政策管理設(shè)計(jì)變更，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理，參與每個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的零件成熟度評(píng)估
- 對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行工藝評(píng)定，并推動(dòng)供應(yīng)商改進(jìn)任何質(zhì)量事件
- 負(fù)責(zé)與歐洲同行進(jìn)行技術(shù)要求審查
- 支持高壓電池驗(yàn)證和車輛測(cè)試，分析故障的根本原因
- 驗(yàn)證供應(yīng)商和主機(jī)廠包裝驗(yàn)證團(tuán)隊(duì)的測(cè)試報(bào)告
- 根據(jù)車輛/電池組規(guī)劃，與供應(yīng)商一起確定開發(fā)時(shí)間表
- 零部件驗(yàn)收及產(chǎn)業(yè)化
- 在項(xiàng)目報(bào)價(jià)階段，根據(jù)專業(yè)建議對(duì)供應(yīng)商的技術(shù)方案進(jìn)行評(píng)估
- 與供應(yīng)商、主機(jī)廠項(xiàng)目和研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)一起設(shè)計(jì)高壓配電箱
- 在APQP范圍內(nèi)按計(jì)劃管理項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度
- 與主機(jī)廠和供應(yīng)商全球團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，英語(yǔ)流利
任職要求：
- Background of Electrical & electronic or mechanical or vehicle engineering
- Know well product development process (such as injection, stamping, SMT and assembly), completed experience on electrical parts development (whole project management experience is a plus)
- Good knowledge for electrical parts characteristic, such as HV relay, fuse, HV busbar etc…
- CAD software skills are a plus, the 3D design SW in OEM side is CATIA
- 電子電氣或機(jī)械或車輛工程背景
- 熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程（如注塑、沖壓、SMT和組裝），有完整的電氣零件開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)（有整個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先）
- 熟悉電氣部件的特性，如高壓繼電器、保險(xiǎn)絲、高壓母線等…...
- CAD軟件技能優(yōu)先，主機(jī)廠那邊的3D設(shè)計(jì)軟件是CATIA
