hiring requirements
1. Fluent in English listening, speaking,
reading, and writing;
2.Proficient in SAP operations, with a must for STM/EWM modules.
3.3-5Y working experience in warehouse management processes, chemical
industry are preferred
Work Scope
1. draft current warehouse related working
process
2. Acted as a bridge to the SAP project team, proposed process design
requirements on behalf of the warehouse, received feedback from the SAP project
team, and analyzed the differences and risks between the existing process and
the SAP system
3. Responsible for assisting key users,
supporting the online test process and preparing test data
4. Responsible for the Chinese-English
two-way translation of various documents/tasks involved in SAP on-line project
5. Demand analysis, process optimization,
scheme design, system configuration, system testing and on-line support for SAP
related modules
1. 起草當(dāng)前倉庫相關(guān)工作流程
2. 充當(dāng)與 SAP 項(xiàng)目組的橋梁，代表倉庫提出流程設(shè)計(jì)需求，接收 SAP 項(xiàng)目組的反饋，并分析現(xiàn)有流程與 SAP 系統(tǒng)的差異和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
3. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助關(guān)鍵用戶，支持上線測試流程，準(zhǔn)備測試數(shù)據(jù)
4. 負(fù)責(zé) SAP 上線項(xiàng)目涉及的各種文檔/任務(wù)的中英文雙向翻譯
5. 需求分析、流程優(yōu)化、方案設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)配置、系統(tǒng)測試及SAP相關(guān)模塊的在線支持
