Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cost Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting cost analysis, optimizing financial performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to support decision-making. The candidate will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Service delivery managers and cross functional teams to drives efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1.Data Analytics & AI Applications: Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets; Leverage AI/ML tools to enhance predictive cost modeling and automation.
2.Cost Analysis & Reporting: Analyze cost structures, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency; maintain cost to support budgeting and forecasting.
3.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Service delivery managers and other departments to gather data and align cost-saving initiatives; Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise reports.
Must Have:
1.A bachelor’s or above degree in IT , finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2.Experience with AI/ML applications in cost or financial analysis (e.g., predictive modeling).
3.Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, extracting relevant data, and performing detailed analysis.
4.Experience in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting to support cost analysis initiatives.
5.Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
6.Advanced skills in Excel, including the use of PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and other analytical functions to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
7.Fluent English level verbal and written
8.Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively
9.Strong organizational and collaboration skills
Work Experience
1.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Cost Analyst role, preferably in Finance, Services, or IT environment
