生產(chǎn)計劃管理現(xiàn)場管理質(zhì)量管理汽車零部件新能源汽車電子/半導體/集成電路
Major Responsibilities主要職責:
1. Oversee daily production operations at client site, ensuring on-time, quality delivery against customer production plans.
全面負責客戶現(xiàn)場的日常生產(chǎn)運營,確保按時、按質(zhì)、按量完成客戶下達的生產(chǎn)計劃。
2. Strictly enforce and implement customer processes, quality standards, and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance.
嚴格執(zhí)行并貫徹客戶的生產(chǎn)工藝、質(zhì)量標準及安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)程,確保所有生產(chǎn)活動均在合規(guī)框架下進行。
3. Manage client-provided production equipment and raw materials to optimize resource utilization and maximize output efficiency.
負責管理客戶提供的生產(chǎn)線設備與原材料,優(yōu)化資源利用,最大化產(chǎn)出效率。
4. Be accountable for key production KPIs, including output, efficiency, quality, and cost.
對生產(chǎn)過程中的產(chǎn)出、效率、質(zhì)量和成本等關鍵績效指標負責。
5. Manage team leaders and frontline employees, including task assignment, daily supervision, and skills training.
負責班組長及一線員工的日常管理、工作分配與技能培訓。
6. Efficiently coordinate workforce allocation (ramp-up/drawdown) in response to fluctuations in customer production demand.
根據(jù)客戶生產(chǎn)計劃的波動,靈活、高效地協(xié)調(diào)人員的增派與回調(diào),確保人力資源的優(yōu)化配置。
7. Foster a positive and safe team environment, boost morale, enhance stability, and reduce employee turnover.
營造積極、安全的團隊氛圍,提升員工士氣與團隊穩(wěn)定性,有效降低人員流失率。
8. Manage and coordinate subcontractor teams to ensure their performance meets contractual standards.
管理與協(xié)調(diào)分包商團隊,確保其工作標準與服務質(zhì)量符合合同要求。
9. Control operational costs by optimizing labor efficiency, reducing material waste, and minimizing equipment downtime to directly contribute to project profitability.
通過優(yōu)化人員效率、控制物料損耗、減少設備停機時間等方式,有效控制運營成本,直接貢獻于項目利潤目標的實現(xiàn)。
10. Act as the site safety officer, ensuring all activities comply with client and company safety regulations.
作為現(xiàn)場安全責任人,確保所有生產(chǎn)活動遵守客戶及公司的安全規(guī)章制度。
11. Serve as the primary company interface for daily communication with the client, building a professional and trustworthy partnership.
作為公司與客戶日常溝通的主要接口,建立并維護專業(yè)、可信賴的合作伙伴關系。
12. Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
完成上級領導交辦的其它工作。
Qualifications任職資格
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related management field.
統(tǒng)招本科及以上學歷,工業(yè)工程、機械、自動化或相關管理專業(yè)。
2. 5+ years of manufacturing production management experience, including at least 3 years successfully supervising large teams of 200+ people.
五年以上制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗,至少3年作為主管管理200人以上大型團隊的成功經(jīng)驗。
4. Background in automotive components (especially motors, e-drive systems) or electronics assembly, with a strong understanding of industry quality standards and processes.
有汽車零部件(尤其是電機、電驅(qū)系統(tǒng))或電子裝配等行業(yè)背景,深刻理解該行業(yè)的質(zhì)量標準與生產(chǎn)工藝。
5. Excellent team leadership and motivational skills, proficient in dynamic workforce management based on business needs.
出色的團隊領導力和人員激勵能力,精通基于業(yè)務波動的人員調(diào)配與管理。
6. Outstanding customer communication and relationship management skills, able to handle pressure and challenges at the client site.
卓越的客戶溝通與關系維護能力,能夠從容應對客戶現(xiàn)場的壓力與挑戰(zhàn)。
7. Strong cost awareness and business acumen, understanding the direct impact of team performance on project profit.
具備強烈的成本意識和商業(yè)頭腦,能夠理解個人及團隊工作對項目利潤的直接影響。
8. Familiar with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and other common production management tools.
熟悉5S、精益生產(chǎn)、TPM等常用生產(chǎn)管理工具。
