主要職責(zé)Major Responsibilities:
1.Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the hiring department, including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, background checks, physical examination coordination, and offer delivery.
全面負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)營(yíng)部門從需求確認(rèn)到錄用入職的全流程招聘工作,包括但不限于職位發(fā)布、簡(jiǎn)歷篩選、面試協(xié)調(diào)、背景調(diào)查、體檢協(xié)調(diào)及錄用通知;
2. Maintain and expand diversified recruitment channels, continuously optimize the candidate interview experience, and build a talent pool for roles such as Maintenance Engineers and Technicians.
維護(hù)并拓展多元化招聘渠道,持續(xù)優(yōu)化候選人面試體驗(yàn),并建立維修工程師及技術(shù)員等崗位人才儲(chǔ)備庫(kù);
3. Act as a communication bridge, promptly responding to and addressing employee inquiries or complaints regarding company policies, compensation & benefits, and career development, etc.
作為溝通橋梁,及時(shí)響應(yīng)并處理員工關(guān)于公司制度、薪酬福利、職業(yè)發(fā)展等方面的咨詢或抱怨;
4. Assist in handling employee relations cases, participate in performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews to prevent and resolve labor risks, maintaining a harmonious employment environment.
協(xié)助處理員工關(guān)系爭(zhēng)議,參與績(jī)效改進(jìn)、違紀(jì)處理及離職面談,防范與化解勞資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),維護(hù)和諧用工環(huán)境;
5. Be responsible for the daily maintenance of the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of employee electronic and paper p-files.
負(fù)責(zé)人事信息系統(tǒng)的日常維護(hù),確保員工電子及紙質(zhì)檔案的準(zhǔn)確、完整與保密;
6. Perform monthly attendance data verification and reconcilation, exception handling, and statistical analysis to ensure accurate data for payroll calculation.負(fù)責(zé)月度考勤數(shù)據(jù)的核對(duì)、異常處理與統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,確保薪酬計(jì)算的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤;
7. Guide hiring departments in handling employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring all procedures are completed smoothly and in line with company policy.
指導(dǎo)用工部門辦理員工入職、轉(zhuǎn)正、調(diào)動(dòng)、離職及后續(xù)手續(xù),確保流程合規(guī);
8. Serve as the designated HR interface, deeply understand business models and team dynamics, build highly trusted relationships with operation departments.
作為指定部門的人力資源接口人,深入理解其業(yè)務(wù)模式與團(tuán)隊(duì)動(dòng)態(tài),與業(yè)務(wù)部門建立高度信任關(guān)系;
9. Participate in regional compensation market benchmarking surveys and support labor cost analysis related to business development.
參與不同地區(qū)人力市場(chǎng)薪酬水平調(diào)研,支持業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展有關(guān)的人力成本核算工作;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
完成直線領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作。
Qualification任職資格
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related fields.
統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理、工商管理、心理學(xué)、勞動(dòng)關(guān)系等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR work experience, with practical experience in recruitment and employee relations within manufacturing or labor-intensive industries being highly preferred.
具備3年及以上人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有制造業(yè)或一線勞動(dòng)力密集型行業(yè)的招聘和員工關(guān)系實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. Familiar with the full-cycle recruitment process; proficient in using behavioral
interview methods (e.g., STAR tool) for candidate assessment. Familiar with
common recruitment channels for technical/maintenance roles, with the ability
to build talent pools and source candidates.
熟悉全流程招聘方法,能熟練運(yùn)用行為面試法(STAR原則)等進(jìn)行候選人評(píng)估;熟悉技術(shù)/維修類崗位的常見(jiàn)招聘渠道,具備人才儲(chǔ)備和挖潛能力;
4. A good command of Knowledge about Labor Contract Law and other relevant national and local labor laws and regulations, possessing basic capabilities in handling simple labor disputes.
熟悉勞動(dòng)合同法等國(guó)家及地方有關(guān)勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī),具備簡(jiǎn)單勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議處理能力
5. Strong sense of responsibility, details focused, excellent communication and coordination skills, good at thinking and asking questions, and provides proactive feedback.
責(zé)任心強(qiáng),工作細(xì)致,良好的溝通表達(dá)及協(xié)調(diào)能力,善于思考與提問(wèn),積極反饋。
6. Possess a strong service orientation and team spirit, able to cooperate effectively and work efficiently with designated departments.
具有強(qiáng)烈的服務(wù)意識(shí)與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,能快速與指定部門配合并高效開(kāi)展工作;
. 7.Basic English communication skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
具備基本的英文溝通能力,精通excel\word\ppt等各類辦公自動(dòng)化軟件;
