Core Responsibilities 1. Lead the full-life-cycle R&D of automotive mechanical products (body/chassis/powertrain components), and oversee product performance and quality. 2. Use CATIA to complete 3D modeling, 2D drawings, assembly simulation and BOM compilation, ensuring design compliance. 3. Participate in technical reviews and design optimization, and collaborate to resolve structural issues during R&D and mass production. 4. Track industry technology trends, provide guidance to junior engineers, and promote the standardization of R&D processes. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields. 2. At least 3 years of mechanical design experience; **automotive industry experience is preferred** (those familiar with body/chassis are highly desirable). 3. Proficiency in CATIA (Part/Assembly/Drafting modules); experience with Abaqus is a plus. 4. Knowledge of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes and automotive industry standards 5. Strong problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
