崗位職責(zé):
The System Engineer steers the systems and component development, coordinates a cross functional team of development, purchasing, quality and production, ensures the functional and industrialization maturity to project milestones, and approves the design and validation results regarding T&R and Duty of Care Requirements.
1. Responsible for approval of design and validation results of Duty of Care Requirements.
2. Review and approval of fulfillment of T&R and legal requirements.
3. Approval of Fulfillment of targets EGQT (Function, Weight, Quality, Time) within the optimum cost frame.
4. Supporting in leading the sub-workstream in 360-degree view and manage external resources (suppliers, 3rd party).
5. Approval of component /system concept development within the sub-workstream, taking into account geometric, functional and system integration to ensure maturity.
6. Support and approval of related change, problem and release workflows according to relevant processes.
7. Ensuring the alignment with customer and shareholders for relevant topics within the sub-workstream.
8. Support and approval of Project milestones (incl. reporting of target deviation) regarding component development and industrialization.

1.負(fù)責(zé)審批注意義務(wù)要求的設(shè)計和驗證結(jié)果。
2.審查和批準(zhǔn)T&R和法律要求的履行情況。
3.批準(zhǔn)在最佳成本框架內(nèi)實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)EGQT(功能、重量、質(zhì)量、時間)。
4.支持360°領(lǐng)導(dǎo)子工作流,并管理外部資源(供應(yīng)商、第三方)。
5.批準(zhǔn)子工作流內(nèi)的組件/系統(tǒng)概念開發(fā),考慮幾何、功能和系統(tǒng)集成,以確保成熟度。
6.根據(jù)相關(guān)流程,支持和批準(zhǔn)相關(guān)變更、問題和發(fā)布工作流程。
7.確保與客戶和股東就子工作流中的相關(guān)主題保持一致。
8.支持和批準(zhǔn)有關(guān)組件開發(fā)和工業(yè)化的項目里程碑(包括目標(biāo)偏差報告)。
任職要求:
1. Experienced in E-Axle System, inverter technologies, power supply development or similar.
2. Knowledge of common development rules like DFMEA, Master system development regulations.
3. Familiar with vehicle development process and Powertrain development process.
4. Mechanical, electrical/electronical, mechatronic, systems engineering or similar work experience.
5. Selection and prioritization of recommendations for action to contribute to solving complex issues.
6. Coordinate and direct all of the process participants on the respective milestones/sync point reports in accordance with the standard.
7. Coordinate and direct all facets of the problem/defect management effort, including bringing the right teams, tools, and information together.
8. Good communication skills.
9. 5. Work experience >5 years.
10. Good knowledge of English required.

6.根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),協(xié)調(diào)和指導(dǎo)所有流程參與者完成各自的里程碑/同步點報告。
7.協(xié)調(diào)和指導(dǎo)問題/缺陷管理工作的各個方面,包括將合適的團隊、工具和信息整合在一起。
8.良好的溝通技巧。
9. 5年以上工作經(jīng)驗。
10.需要良好的英語知識。
