崗位職責(zé):
1. Responsible for all audit activities and full coverage of audit fields considering statutory and regulatory as well as internal requirement. Planning and monitoring of audits in the relevant audit fields.負責(zé)所有審計活動及審計領(lǐng)域的全面覆蓋，包括法定、監(jiān)管及內(nèi)部要求。規(guī)劃并監(jiān)督相關(guān)審計領(lǐng)域的審計工作。
2. Steer and conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, systems and processes across the whole operations of SAL, including investigations and fraud audits.指導(dǎo)并開展審計工作，評估光束整體運營中內(nèi)部控制、系統(tǒng)及流程的有效性，包括調(diào)查及欺詐審計。
3. Develop and implement audit standards and processes, considering legal and regulatory requirements, the company′s risk as well as results of previous audits.制定并實施審計標(biāo)準和流程，考慮法律和監(jiān)管要求、公司的風(fēng)險以及先前審計的結(jié)果。
4. Act as lead auditor, including planning, preparing and conducting audits as well as drafting the audit report.擔(dān)任首席審計師，包括計劃、準備和開展審計以及起草審計報告。
5. Communication with external stakeholders, such as shareholders, external auditors and regulatory bodies.與外部利益相關(guān)者建立溝通，如股東方、外部審計師和監(jiān)管機構(gòu)。

任職要求:
1. Minimum 10 years of work experience in different functions and divisions in automotive industry.至少10年在汽車行業(yè)不同職能部門和業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗。
2. A minimum of five years of professional experience in internal auditing and/or compliance.至少5年內(nèi)部審計或合規(guī)領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗。
3. In-depth knowledge of internal audit methodologies, especially the plant audit.對內(nèi)部審計方法論有深入了解，尤其擅長工廠審計。
4. Successful international assignment or project and proven working experience with intercultural teams.成功完成國際項目或任務(wù)，并具備與跨文化團隊合作的豐富經(jīng)驗。
