崗位職責(zé):
OSD: Ongoing Series Development
1.System and component R&D according to quality system process.
2.Responsible for fulfillment of powertrain components T&R, DOC and quality targets from shareholder.
3.Responsible for leading and managing the resolution of significant incidents and problems within the powertrain workstream.
4.Ensure Powertrain components BOM, CR, timeline and feature list can be approved according to process in time.
5.Review and approve all of technical output formal documentations from GWM, ensure fulfillment of T&R and duty of care Requirements.
6.Manage external resource (GWM R&D, suppliers, 3rd party) to reach target, timeline and quality.
7.Responsible for the lead and management of resolution of complex issues and problems within the workstreams.
8.Responsible for the problem investigation process, ensuring that problems are correctly identified and the root causes are fully understood.
9.Responsible for the problem solving process and finding correct and adequate solutions within a timely manner.
10.Responsible for timely escalation if delay of requested input for releasing and ensuring decision making for the workstream meeting with pre-aligned solution proposal.

1.根據(jù)質(zhì)量體系流程進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)和組件研發(fā)。
2.負(fù)責(zé)完成動(dòng)力總成部件的T&R、DOC和股東的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。
3.負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理動(dòng)力總成工作流程中重大事件和問題的解決。
4.確保動(dòng)力總成部件的BOM、CR、時(shí)間表和功能列表能夠按照流程及時(shí)獲得批準(zhǔn)。
5.審查和批準(zhǔn)GWM的所有技術(shù)輸出正式文件,確保滿足T&R和注意義務(wù)要求。
6.管理外部資源(GWM研發(fā)中心、供應(yīng)商、第三方),以實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)、時(shí)間表和質(zhì)量。
7.負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理工作流程中復(fù)雜問題的解決。
8.負(fù)責(zé)問題調(diào)查過程,確保正確識(shí)別問題并充分了解根本原因。
9.負(fù)責(zé)問題解決過程,及時(shí)找到正確和充分的解決方案。
10.如果發(fā)布請(qǐng)求的輸入延遲,負(fù)責(zé)及時(shí)上報(bào),并確保為工作流會(huì)議制定預(yù)先共識(shí)的解決方案提案。
任職要求:
1.Be familiar with the structure, materials, properties and production and assembly process of all system components.
2.Familiar with vehicle development process and component development process.
3.Familiar with all electric powertrain related components, functions and design.
4.Coordinate and direct all facets of the problem management effort, including bringing the right teams, tools, and information together.
5.Selection and prioritization of recommendations for action to contribute to solving complex issues.
6.Familiar and experienced in using problem solving methods and developement tools.
7.Request regular reports from all process participants on the respective milestones/sync point reports in accordance with the standard.
8.Selection & escalation of relevant top topics of the problem solving team into decision circles (e.g. WS meeting, IP, PSTC, EPC).
9.Decision regarding the evaluation of opportunities and risks and the effectiveness of measures.
10. English as working language.
11. At least total 8 years experience and no less than 5 years related experience.

6.熟悉并有使用問題解決方法和開發(fā)工具的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
7.根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),要求所有流程參與者定期報(bào)告各自的里程碑/同步點(diǎn)報(bào)告。
8.將問題解決團(tuán)隊(duì)的相關(guān)熱門話題選擇并升級(jí)到?jīng)Q策圈(例如WS會(huì)議、IP、PSTC、EPC)。
9.決定機(jī)會(huì)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估以及措施的有效性。
10. 英語作為工作語言。
11. 至少總共8年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)且不少于5年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
