Steering and monitoring of QMT part according to Spotlight Quality Processes and requirements includes the steering of series tooling. ? Buy off of parts, tooling and checking devices at the supplier location during the build phases. ? QMT part preparation and release of Process Series, ramp up curve and ISIR-Procedure (PPAP). ? Product and Process Audits at suppliers, Supplier Requalification. ? Follow-up of measurements and actions defined out of Process Series and Supplier Audits. ? Analyze parts quality problems and coordinate the problem solving process. ? Problem solving responsibility in the DIR process for topics related to supplier production processes. ? Evaluation of supplier performance in series production. ? Sub-supplier steering and management. ? Initialization of escalation in case of series deviations in quality performance of suppliers. ?
