2.依據作業(yè)指導書正確使用各種工具，按照標準作業(yè)執(zhí)行，依據不良進行缺陷的彌補，消除制件缺陷的品質影響，降低不良制件的報廢;
3.通過參與本班組成本改善活動，提升本班經營業(yè)績，保證績效指標的達成;
4.依據車間現場各項管理標準，做好現場5S3D工作;
5.依據公司發(fā)展要求，進行自身技能的提升工作，實現崗位輪換需求。

任職要求:
1.Technical secondary school/high school or above；
