【崗位職責(zé)】
1.在新項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中,根據(jù)圖紙或參考產(chǎn)品,評(píng)估、策劃?rùn)C(jī)加工藝過(guò)程,隨時(shí)跟蹤項(xiàng)目過(guò)程開(kāi)發(fā)情況、識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)并確定改進(jìn)方案;
During the implementation of a new project, evaluate and plan the machining process based on drawings or reference products, track the development of the project process at any time, identify risk points, and determine improvement plans
2.能對(duì)新工藝、新設(shè)備的引進(jìn)、采購(gòu),跟蹤并編寫(xiě)技術(shù)規(guī)范,能對(duì)新設(shè)備就位、調(diào)試、并完成驗(yàn)收;
Be able to introduce and purchase new processes and equipment, track and write technical specifications, and be able to place, debug, and complete acceptance of new equipment;
3.負(fù)責(zé)夾具、刀具、檢具及產(chǎn)品數(shù)控程序的設(shè)計(jì),PDM/ERP/BOM的建立及維護(hù);
Responsible for the design of fixtures, cutting tools, gauges, and CNC programs for products, as well as the establishment and maintenance of PDM/ERP/BOM
4.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝方案策劃及實(shí)施;
Responsible for planning and implementing product production process plans;
5.負(fù)責(zé)制訂和執(zhí)行工藝設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范及標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并負(fù)責(zé)督導(dǎo)各相關(guān)部門(mén)實(shí)施;
Responsible for formulating and implementing process design specifications and standards, and supervising the implementation of relevant departments;
6.負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)問(wèn)題的分析與解決,對(duì)生產(chǎn)加工廢品的產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行分析,不良品進(jìn)行評(píng)審;
Responsible for analyzing and resolving on-site technical issues, analyzing the causes of production and processing waste, and reviewing defective products;
7.負(fù)責(zé)培養(yǎng)技術(shù)人員;
Responsible for cultivating technical personnel;
8.配合完成工裝調(diào)試驗(yàn)證工作;
Cooperate to complete the tooling debugging and verification work;
【崗位要求】
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,數(shù)控技術(shù)、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)與制造、機(jī)械制造與自動(dòng)化等專業(yè)背景,6年以上工作相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Bachelor degree or above, with a background in numerical control technology, mechanical design and manufacturing, mechanical manufacturing and automation, and more than 6 years of relevant work experience;
2.熟練掌握數(shù)控機(jī)械加工工藝、機(jī)械制圖、幾何量公差等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí);
Proficient in basic knowledge such as CNC machining technology, mechanical drawing, geometric tolerance, etc;
3.熟練使用三維及二維繪圖軟件及數(shù)控編程軟件,如CAD、PROE、UG、Solidworks設(shè)計(jì)軟件及PLM系統(tǒng);
Proficient in using 3D and 2D drawing software and CNC programming software, such as CAD, PROE, UG, Solidworks design software and PLM system;
4.熟練掌握APQP各階段的工作策劃及應(yīng)用,并有批量的高精密零件(箱體、減速機(jī))加工經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Proficient in the work planning and application of various stages of APQP, with experience in batch processing of high-precision parts (gearboxes, reducers)
5.熟悉設(shè)備的工裝夾具改造,刀具概念設(shè)計(jì);
Familiar with equipment fixture modification and conceptual design of cutting tools;
6.具備MAZAK、DOOSAN、FANUC等加工中心有調(diào)機(jī)能力者優(yōu)先
Priority will be given to those who have the ability to adjust machining centers such as Mazak, DOOSAN, FANUC, etc.
7.能編寫(xiě)工藝流程圖,過(guò)程失效模式分析,控制計(jì)劃,作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)等工藝文件的創(chuàng)建與維護(hù);
Ability to create and maintain process documents such as process flow diagrams, process failure mode analysis, control plans, and work instructions.
8.熟悉ISO9001&IATF16949質(zhì)量管理體系,掌握過(guò)程控制的基本工具與方法
Familiar with ISO9001& IATF16949 Quality Management System, master of process control tools and methods.
9.能對(duì)新購(gòu)設(shè)備的技術(shù)規(guī)格書(shū)編寫(xiě),與機(jī)床供應(yīng)商做技術(shù)交流,設(shè)備驗(yàn)收;
Capable of writing technical specifications for newly purchased equipment, conducting technical exchanges with machine tool suppliers, and conducting equipment acceptances.
