崗位描述 Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for takt time, cutting tool cost accounting and equipment investment accounting in early stage of new products.
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品前期的節(jié)拍/刀具成本核算及設(shè)備類投資核算。
2. Responsible for process development of new products.
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品工藝開發(fā)。
3. Responsible for development of cutting tools, fixtures and tooling for new products
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品刀具/夾具/工裝類的開發(fā)。
4. Responsible for type selection of new product equipment.
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品設(shè)備的選型。
5. Responsible for development of in-process turnover containers for new products.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品過程周轉(zhuǎn)盛具等的開發(fā)。
6. Responsible for creation and maintenance of M-BOM.
負(fù)責(zé) M-BOM 的創(chuàng)建和維護(hù)。
7. Responsible for compilation PFMEA and CP.
負(fù)責(zé)PFMEA和CP的編制。
8. Assist in process optimization and problem-solving for mass production projects.
協(xié)助量產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的工藝優(yōu)化/問題解決。
9. Assist in company’s system audits and third-party audits.
協(xié)助公司體系 / 三方審核。
任職要求Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
大學(xué)學(xué)士及以上，主修機(jī)械類。
2. More than 5 years of working experience in machining.
5 年以上機(jī)加工工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Familiar with lathes, grinders, machining centers and other related equipment.
熟悉車床、磨床、加工中心等。
4. CET-4 score of 425 or above.
大學(xué)英語四級 425 分以上。
5. Strong planning, execution, communication and coordination abilities.
良好的計(jì)劃、執(zhí)行、溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
6. Familiar with ISO 1101, ASME Y14.5M and other relevant standards.
熟悉 ISO 1101&ASME Y14.5M 等。
7. Able to work independently, proactively and strategically.
能獨(dú)立、積極主動(dòng)并有策略性地工作。
