Execute
3rd level global support to users on the SAP modules FI/CO/PS
? Make
analysis and find solution for functional problems from L2 teams. (realization
only within the SAP standard respectively Core Model)
? Responsible
for business analysis and technical feasible for new change request and follow
up RFC.
? Communications
with EDL/BA, FCS competence centre and L2 and exchange the necessary
information.
? Responsibilities
for the users ramp up.
o Train
2nd-level functional team.
o Interface
the supported departments / user-groups with adjacent modules (process
integration).
o Inform
2nd level support on evolution of core system concerning the administered
modules
o Acquire
knowledge on FI/CO/PS modules for FCS
process (functional side)
Main characteristic required for this
mission :
? Bachelor
above Degree in Information Technology or in a functional domain (Finance,
Controlling,)
? 10+
years of hands on SAP FICO implementation and supporting experience
? Proven
track record of successful SAP FICO project implementations
? Better
to have S4 HANA implementation or support experience.
? Better
to have VIM knowledges.
? Demonstrated
strong problem solving skills and ability to work effectively as a great team
worker under multitasks with strong communication skills.
? Self
directed with high-level of initiatives and strong work ethic and
responsibility.
? High-level
analytical skills, including data analysis, testing and solutions.
? Strongly
focused on delivery and quality and take responsibility for provided solutions.
? Demonstrated
process and project management capability.
? Fluent
oral and written English communication skills, including strong presentation
skills.
? Excellent
oral and written Mandarin Chinese communication skills
? Experience
in training users and good documentation skills.
? SAP
new technologies like SCP, machine learning etc are preferred.
? Highly
proficient computer skills (Internet, MS Office, especially PowerPoint and
Excel).
