Task:
? Project Initiation and Planning Services
Define the scope, objectives, and key deliverables of the vehicle data management project.
Develop a detailed data delivery plan.
? Cross-Department Collaboration Management Services
Establish collaboration processes and communication mechanisms across multiple teams (R&D, production, procurement, etc.).
Host regular project meetings, track task progress, and resolve cross-department conflicts.
? Data Delivery Milestone Control Services
Monitor the timely delivery of vehicle data milestones (such as BOM freeze, configuration release).
Use project management tools (such as Jira, MS Project) to track task status.
? Quality and Risk Control Services
Conduct data quality audits to ensure compliance with project standards.
Identify potential risks (such as data delays, system compatibility issues) and develop countermeasures.
Technical Requirements
- Must have product data analysis capabilities for Bill of Materials (BoM).
- Experience in automotive project management and product data maintenance (DMU/HDBT/BOM) for Volkswagen joint ventures (VWA/SAICVW/FAWVW);
- More than 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Proactive in collaborating with colleagues and able to explain complex concepts clearly and logically.
