Your Responsibility ? Managing insurance cover and associated administrative processes and systems in an international business with global operations. ? Integrating insurance and risk management arrangements so that each informs the other, including working cross-function. ? Handling all third-party broker and underwriter relationships. ? Managing large-scale reviews of insurance cover with Jinko Power IPD subsidiaries, brokers, and insurers, and managing tender processes to purchase and/or renew insurance cover via brokers or directly from insurers, in full co-ordination with Risk Management, Project Development, Engineering & Construction, Supply Chain and Head Office. ? Analysing and using information from insurance activity, particularly claims data, to contribute actively to service prioritisation and delivery. ? Supporting all M&A activity relating to insurance maters. ? Coordinating all insurance data modelling to drive effective decision making.
Our Requirements Education & Major ? Education: Master's degree or equivalent or higher, major in electrical engineering / natural science / business. Professional Skills ? Strong experience in insurance with carrier or broker. ? Significant experience in insurance products (e.g. LPW, Property, CAR, PLI, etc.) ? Demonstrable experience of underwriting principles and insurance pricing. ? Experience of working within a matrix based multi-national business. ? Experience in risk modelling and risk selection analysis as well as critical thinking management and execution. ? Experience in commercial discussions and contractual management. ? Awareness of insurance captive management and governance. ? Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 products and applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Soft Skills ? Be a confident collaborator, networker and relationship builder with a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. ? Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence business change. ? A Team Player.
Other Requirements ? Experience of managing insurance arrangements in the energy sector. ? Understanding of the workings of the energy industry, especially renewable energy. ? Experience of AI and the use of data to develop insurance business lines.
