職位主要職責(zé):
*開拓新客戶( 與維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶),理解客戶需求,跟進(jìn)客戶項(xiàng)目,與客戶建立良好成功的合作關(guān)系。維護(hù)公司的專業(yè)形象。
* 處理客戶日常咨詢,良好的談判功底,能夠與客戶在價格,交期,賬期等重要問題上達(dá)成共識。
* 與公司內(nèi)部研發(fā),物流等團(tuán)隊(duì)良好的溝通,確保項(xiàng)目按照客戶的需求完成,確保大貨按時遞交客戶等。
*不斷提升專業(yè)的評香功底,了解市場香味流行趨勢,為客戶研發(fā)產(chǎn)品提供專業(yè)的香型推薦。
崗位要求:
* 大?;虮究埔陨蠈W(xué)歷。
* 大學(xué)英語4級以上。有良好的英文溝通能力更佳。
* 積極向上,陽光開朗,對銷售工作有激情,有進(jìn)取精神,有良好的客戶服務(wù)意識。
* 有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,有出色的溝通能力,抗壓能力。
*有香精行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
*有化工原料銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
*有客戶資源者優(yōu)先。

Key Responsibilities:
Understand account objectives, develop commercial strategy, implement through account plan. Identify and document business potentials and competitive landscape
Develop successful working relationship with (new and existing) clients, establish Technicoflor as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business; Drive projects towards the best possible solution for both the client and Technicoflor.
Negotiate with clients favorable commercial terms, including payment terms, prices for new business and increases for existing items
Manage products life cycle with MDM, demand planning, customer care and supply chain to ensure high level of service to clients and good working practices for Technicoflor(such as good forecasts)
We value:
Bachelors degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing, science...)
Favored Min 1 year of experience in Fragrance or FMCG industry in sales, fragrance development or marketing
Passion and interest for Fragrance market and products
Ability to develop strategic plans and successfully client relationship, prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
Good team player, seen as a strong partner by the development teams involved in clients’ projects.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
