·Maintain testing certificates logreport by ensuring reports for products that have mandatory standards are up todate and on file
·Generate & manage inspection andfactory audit schedules
·Register articles in SAP system
·Create purchase orders ad forward themto vendors in accordance with the critical time path

3、 及時(shí)跟新SAP系統(tǒng)中關(guān)于產(chǎn)品的信息
4、 緊跟時(shí)間安排及商業(yè)準(zhǔn)則，在SAP中制作采購(gòu)單，并及時(shí)告知供應(yīng)商
5、 密切與供應(yīng)商聯(lián)系以確保產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸沒(méi)有任何問(wèn)題，同時(shí)及時(shí)與主管匯報(bào)有關(guān)大貨出貨中的問(wèn)題
6、 負(fù)責(zé)樣品的寄送與收取
7、 維護(hù)跟蹤產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試報(bào)告，以確保產(chǎn)品的報(bào)告嚴(yán)格遵守強(qiáng)制性的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并及時(shí)跟新及歸檔

任職要求：
