職責(zé):
1. 基于公司整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及海外安保行業(yè)的全球趨勢,制定公司中長期海外市場營銷戰(zhàn)略及年度市場發(fā)展計劃,明確市場定位、核心目標(biāo)市場(國家/區(qū)域)、業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)先級及資源分配策略。
2. 將公司年度經(jīng)營目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)化為可執(zhí)行的市場營銷指標(biāo),制定詳細(xì)的落地路徑與關(guān)鍵里程碑,并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行進(jìn)度。
3. 統(tǒng)籌全球客戶資源的開發(fā)與維護(hù),針對不同國家/地區(qū)(如中東、非洲、東南亞等高風(fēng)險高需求區(qū)域)的客戶特點,制定差異化的市場進(jìn)入策略,并帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊實施。
4. 建立分層分級的客戶管理體系,主導(dǎo)大客戶與重點項目攻堅。協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部資源完成定制化解決方案設(shè)計與商務(wù)談判,推動重大項目落地并確保長期合作粘性。
5. 制定公司海外品牌定位與傳播策略,通過市場宣傳、行業(yè)生態(tài)合作等方式提升公司品牌聲譽(yù)與影響力。
6. 負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊的組建、培訓(xùn)與績效管理,團(tuán)隊能力建設(shè)與提升。
經(jīng)驗與要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷、國際商務(wù)、公共安全、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2. 45周歲以下,10年以上市場營銷相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,其中至少5年海外市場(尤其是安保、安全服務(wù)相關(guān)行業(yè))管理經(jīng)驗,有成功的海外市場開拓、團(tuán)隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及重大項目落地案例;熟悉中東、非洲、東南亞等高風(fēng)險區(qū)域市場者優(yōu)先;
3. 熟悉香港上市公司合規(guī)管理要求及業(yè)務(wù)全流程運(yùn)作,了解其治理機(jī)制與運(yùn)營規(guī)范;
4. 熟悉國家及行業(yè)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)政策,深度掌握海外安保行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程及市場特點;
5. 具備戰(zhàn)略思維,具備優(yōu)秀的表達(dá)溝通能力、跨團(tuán)隊協(xié)調(diào)能力及資源整合能力,能高效推動復(fù)雜業(yè)務(wù)落地。
Responsibilities:
1. Develop the company’s medium- to long-term overseas marketing strategy and annual market development plans based on the overall corporate development strategy and global trends in the overseas security industry, clearly defining the market positioning, core target markets (countries/regions), business priorities, and resource allocation strategies.
2. Translate the company’s annual business objectives into actionable marketing metrics, establish detailed implementation paths and key milestones, and monitor progress.
3. Oversee the development and maintenance of global customer resources, and develop differentiated market entry strategies tailored to the characteristics of customers in different countries/regions (e.g., high-risk, high-demand areas such as the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia), leading the team in their execution.
4. Establish a hierarchical and tiered customer management system, take the lead in securing major clients and key projects. Coordinate internal company resources to design customized solutions and conduct business negotiations, driving the successful implementation of major projects and ensuring long-term client engagement.
5. Formulate the company’s overseas brand positioning and communication strategies, enhancing the company’s brand reputation and influence through market promotion and industry ecosystem collaboration.
6. Be responsible for team recruitment, training, and performance management, as well as the development and enhancement of team capabilities.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preference will be given to candidates with a background in marketing, international business, public safety, business administration, or related fields.
2. Under 45 years old,with over 10 years of experience in marketing-related roles, including at least 5 years of management experience in overseas markets (particularly in the security and safety services industry). Demonstrated success in overseas market development, team leadership, and execution of major projects; candidates with experience in high-risk regions such as the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia will be given priority.
3. Familiar with the compliance management requirements and full business operation processes of Hong Kong-listed companies, as well as their governance mechanisms and operational standards.
4. Well-versed in relevant national and industry laws, regulations, and policies, with in-depth knowledge of the business processes and market characteristics of the overseas security industry.
5. Possesses strategic thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, cross-team coordination capabilities, and resource integration skills, with the ability to efficiently drive the implementation of complex business initiatives.
