3 Ensuring that the project targets are being achieved or overachieved simultaneously or with the priority to selected dimension確保項目目標(biāo)同時實現(xiàn)或超額實現(xiàn)，可按優(yōu)先度選定的需實現(xiàn)的維度
4 Defining, planning, coordinating and monitoring project maturity, internal tasks / work packages within the production team by using predefined methods and tools使用預(yù)定義的方法和工具，定義、規(guī)劃、協(xié)調(diào)和監(jiān)控項目成熟度、生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊內(nèi)部任務(wù)及工作包
5 Defining members of the extended production team with the help of the functional departments and moderating the production team incl. conflict resolution with functional departments在職能部門的幫助下確定擴大生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊的成員，并協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊，包括解決與職能部門的沖突問題
6 Guide and advice the development responsible concerning production related options / and improvements at new developments and modifications of products with regard to optimum cost and quality就與生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的選擇/以及產(chǎn)品的新開發(fā)和修改的改進(jìn)，就最佳成本和質(zhì)量向開發(fā)負(fù)責(zé)人提供指導(dǎo)和建議
7 Ensure the procurement, pre-acceptance, final acceptance of production equipment according to the project milestone requirements確保生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的采購,預(yù)驗收,終驗收滿足項目需求
8 Preparing Run @Rate, obtaining assessment and all needed documentation for process approval. Responsibility for the organization / qualification of the start of production準(zhǔn)備Run@Rate，根據(jù)需求準(zhǔn)備產(chǎn)線Run&Rate,確保所有相關(guān)文件完成以便開始量產(chǎn)條件
9 Involvement in internal and external project related audits參與內(nèi)部和外部項目相關(guān)審核
Hiring Requirements
1 Bachelor degree, 5 years and above working experience/本科學(xué)歷以上，五年以上工作經(jīng)驗
2 Has technical background/experience in machine build (from graduation or work experience)/有產(chǎn)線設(shè)備建設(shè)經(jīng)驗
3 Has project management background/experience (from graduation or work experience)/具備項目管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
4 Has background in automotive (PFMEA, PPAP, Milestones) is preferred/具備汽車行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先
5 Fluent English, both speaking and writing./ 流利的英語口語和寫作能力
