Job Description工作描述：
1. According to standard, continuously collect and update equipment technology/ process document, drive engineers to improve.
按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不斷收集并更新整理設(shè)備技術(shù)及工藝資料文檔，并督促工程師改善
2. Assistant to issue and manage project related documentation& management statistics/ report, create “l(fā)esson learned library” etc.
協(xié)助發(fā)行和管理工程部項(xiàng)目相關(guān)文件及數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告，創(chuàng)建如經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等
3. Support for department express/ reimbursement/ supplies management etc.
支持部門快遞、報(bào)銷、供應(yīng)商管理等
4. Complete the document drafting, revise, and submit to the manager or other relevant departments according to the demands of manager;
根據(jù)要求完成有關(guān)報(bào)告的起草、修改工作，及時(shí)送交領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或按要求傳送給相關(guān)的部門人員
5. Audit fixed asset status in TS department;
負(fù)責(zé)本部門的固定資產(chǎn)檔案的審查；
6. Take temporary task from engineers and manager
靈活有效率地完成工程師或上級(jí)交辦的其他臨時(shí)任務(wù)
Requirements要求：
1、University Engineering preferred. 大學(xué)理工科優(yōu)先
2、Knowledge of equipment basic 設(shè)備的基本了解
3、Familiar with Office tool, like PPT/EXCEL, Access etc. , database software preferred. 熟悉Office工具，比如幻燈片、數(shù)據(jù)表、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等等，熟悉數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)軟件優(yōu)先
4、Good in oral English and written English, CET6 preferred 熟練英文口語(yǔ)和寫作六級(jí)優(yōu)先
5、Good communication skill and team work spirit 良好地溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
6、3 days per week preferred 一周能至少3天工作的

HED will produce automotive relays and other automotive electric equipment, automotive electronic control products. It mainly produce S2, Micro and other type of relays. These relays are widely used at automotive control system, lockstitch of door, car window’s up-down, top window’s controlling, chai’s adjustment, car light’s controlling, cooling system, ABS system. And these relays may also be used in engineering car and other automation control equipments. The company’s main customer is VW Shanghai, VW Yiqi, GM Shanghai, Morden Car and other OEM plant; Delphi automotive’s wire harness, Shantou YAZAKI and other automotive replacement tier 1 supplier.
