Overview
The IT Services Department provides a total IT service delivery mechanism to the business. The group exists to ensure that all business areas receive appropriate IT services which in turn facilitates delivery of professional service to clients. The IT Department is organized so that we can deliver high quality end-to-end service and provide real career and technical development opportunities for all IT Services staff.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the user support on all the business-related software and provide case solution
· Be familiar with Microsoft related production. Support PC’s hardware support.
· Support Video Conference via all kinds of video and audio facilities
· Cooperate with other team members of IT department to ensure the deployment, stable and reliable operation of the company's software and hardware system
Experience
· Bachelor holder or above in IT or other related disciplines.
· Strong attention to follow-through and keep learning.
· Good communication skill, good oral and written English, practical, strong execution, team player
· IT qualified certificate is a plus
