Responsible for developing overseas agents/designated cargo agents, handling inquiries and quotations from overseas agents and direct customers, following up on subsequent feedback, confirming orders, and collecting payments;
Seek customers and communicate with target customers via E-mail, Whatsapp, Facebook, GOOGLE, JC-TRANS, etc., to facilitate transactions;
Actively promote the company's logistics products and services, develop more overseas agents and maintain long-term cooperation;
Proficiency in English and Russian to conduct daily communication with potential and existing customers in target markets (especially Central Europe, Central Asia, and Russia), answer inquiries, provide high-quality services for customers, timely follow up on customers' shipment plans, and establish and maintain good customer relationships;
Sales support and order processing: Assist the sales manager in handling the order process, follow up on the execution of orders, and ensure that customer needs are responded to and met in a timely manner;
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in international freight, international trade, marketing or other related fields;
More than 3 years of experience in overseas agent business development; candidates with certain customer resources are preferred;
Possess good communication and coordination skills, strong customer service awareness, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive and aggressive attitude;
Have a basic knowledge of freight or foreign trade, and understand the import and export transportation process;
Proficiency in either English or Russian as a working language, with fluent reading and writing skills.
