熟悉風(fēng)送系統(tǒng)/流體系統(tǒng)的機械設(shè)計 Be familiar with the mechanical design of air conveying systems/fluid systems 1. 除普通單機機械設(shè)計外,同時能負責(zé)工廠工藝管道系統(tǒng)的布置設(shè)計(如風(fēng)送除塵、壓縮空氣、蒸汽、水路等),確保符合生產(chǎn)需求及行業(yè)規(guī)范。 Design layout of process piping systems (dedusting, compressed air,steam,water, etc.) to meet production requirements and industry standards. 2. 參與流體系統(tǒng)設(shè)計及設(shè)備選型(風(fēng)機、旋風(fēng)除塵器、水泵、閥門等),優(yōu)化能效與成本。 Participate in fluid system design and equipment selection (fans, cyclones, pumps, valves) to optimize energy efficiency and cost. 3. 支持工廠消耗規(guī)劃(水、電、氣等),編制技術(shù)方案與可行性報告。 Support plant utility planning (water, electricity, gas) and prepare technical proposals/feasibility reports. 4. 具備液壓流體等機械設(shè)計基礎(chǔ),可協(xié)助相關(guān)設(shè)備改進與故障分析。 Basic knowledge in hydraulic machinery design to support equipment improvement and troubleshooting. 5. 能閱讀英文技術(shù)文獻,與國際團隊或供應(yīng)商進行技術(shù)溝通。 Read English technical documents and communicate with international teams/suppliers 本科及以上學(xué)歷,過程裝備、機械工程、流體或相關(guān)專業(yè) Bachelors degree or above in Process Equipment, Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or related fields 有液壓系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)或工廠能耗規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems or plant utility planning is a plus. 1. 熟悉流體計算及設(shè)備選型(如風(fēng)機風(fēng)壓、管道阻力、泵揚程等)。 Familiar with fluid dynamics calculations and equipment sizing (e.g., fan pressure, pipe resistance, pump head). 2. 英語CET-4以上,能撰寫技術(shù)文檔并進行商務(wù)溝通。 English CET4 or above, able to write technical reports and communicate professionally. 經(jīng)驗要求: 3年以上(人造板/造紙/化工/金屬壓機等工廠優(yōu)先)工業(yè)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,熟練使用AutoCAD、 inventor、SolidWorks或類似軟件。 3+ years design for (wood-based panels/paper/chemical, metal press industries; proficient in AutoCAD, inventor, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
