工作職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)IT桌面支持,包括員工端軟硬件的安裝、調(diào)試及故障排查,如辦公電腦、打印機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)電話及會(huì)議、公司手機(jī)、office365、VPN等;

2.負(fù)責(zé)服務(wù)器、交換機(jī)、路由器、防火墻、網(wǎng)站、云平臺等設(shè)備的運(yùn)維,及相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃和實(shí)施;
Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of devices such as servers,
switches, routers, firewalls, websites, and cloud platforms, as well as the
planning and implementation of related projects;
3.負(fù)責(zé)IT資產(chǎn)的管理、更新、采購,公司IT預(yù)算的規(guī)劃和執(zhí)行,IT供應(yīng)商管理;
Be responsible for the management, update and procurement of IT assets, the
planning and execution of the company's IT budget, and the management of IT
suppliers
4.負(fù)責(zé)各類業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃、實(shí)施、維護(hù)、優(yōu)化、更新升級及員工支持,包括但不限于ERP、OA、CRM等;
Be responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance, optimization, update
and upgrade, as well as employee support of various business systems, including
but not limited to ERP, OA, CRM, etc.
5.負(fù)責(zé)BI報(bào)表開發(fā),及滿足公司對各系統(tǒng)、流程的開發(fā)需求(自行或和供應(yīng)商配合);
Be responsible for the development of BI reports and meet the company's
development requirements for various systems and processes (either
independently or in collaboration with suppliers);
6.負(fù)責(zé)收集各部門IT需求,新建、優(yōu)化IT業(yè)務(wù)流程;

7.負(fù)責(zé)對接總部IT團(tuán)隊(duì),積極配合全球項(xiàng)目在中國的實(shí)施,支持來自總部或其他區(qū)域的IT需求;
Be responsible for coordinating with the IT team at the headquarters, actively
cooperate with the implementation of global projects in China, and support IT
demands from the headquarters or other regions;
8.負(fù)責(zé)各(云)系統(tǒng)及(云)設(shè)備的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和公司數(shù)據(jù)的安全,員工的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全培訓(xùn);
Be responsible for the network security of each (cloud) system and (cloud) device,
the security of company data, and the network security training of employees.
9.負(fù)責(zé)員工IT相關(guān)知識和技能的培訓(xùn)和提高,編寫IT相關(guān)使用手冊和Tips;
Be responsible for the training and improvement of employees' IT-related knowledge
and skills, and compile IT-related user manuals and Tips;
10.完成主管交辦的其他IT相關(guān)任務(wù)。
Complete other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
任職要求
1.具備3-5年IT支持和運(yùn)維相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Have 1-3 years of relevant working experience in IT support and operation and
maintenance;
2.具備以下經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先考慮,泛微 OA運(yùn)維和低代碼開發(fā);SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫運(yùn)維和開發(fā);Salesforce運(yùn)維;AWS及阿里云運(yùn)維;Oracle運(yùn)維;BI報(bào)表開發(fā);

3.本科及以上學(xué)歷,喜歡IT行業(yè),計(jì)算機(jī)、軟件工程、信息管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
Bachelor's degree or above, with an interest in the IT industry. Majors related to computer science, software engineering, information management, etc. are
preferred.
4.CET-4及以上英語水平,書面可以滿足工作需求,口語可以做簡單的溝通;
CET-4 or above English proficiency, written skills can meet job requirements, and oral skills can be used for simple communication.
5.工作積極主動(dòng),愛專研技術(shù),性格穩(wěn)定。
