Qualifications & Requirements: -Bachelor's degree, majoring in Human Resources Management or public relationship related -More than 3 years HR specialist working experiences in manufacturing industry, recruiting/training/ER experiences required. HRBR experience is prefered. -Knowledge of Local Labor Law -Fluent English communication skills in both verbal & written -Good at presentation skills, Microsoft Excel, Word. -Quick learner with open mind. -Basic Power BI skills preferred. -Key work style: Integrity, attention to details, Dependability, Cooperation
