Act as customer care administrator， support customer care engineers who are onsite. According to the demands from these onsite engineers, coordinate other departments and teammates, supply requested parts, tools and other resources; manage, coordinate and supply user manuals, maintenance handbooks and RSPL lists, etc; support Customer care manager on engineers’ trip plan and other daily works.
作為客戶關(guān)懷管理員，支持現(xiàn)場客戶關(guān)懷工程師的工作，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場工程師的要求，協(xié)調(diào)公司其他部門，組織處理現(xiàn)場所需零部件、工量具等物資；管理、協(xié)調(diào)按時提供交付設(shè)備所需操作手冊、維保手冊、備品備件清單等文件；協(xié)助客戶關(guān)懷經(jīng)理對工程師的行程進(jìn)行規(guī)劃管理，協(xié)助客戶關(guān)懷經(jīng)理其他要求的日常工作。

? Gather information from onsite engineers, start and manage the process to coordinate other departments and teammates to supply requested parts, tools, software and other needed supports.
? 收集工程師在項目現(xiàn)場的需求，發(fā)起流程，組織公司資源為現(xiàn)場提供零部件、工量具、軟件及其他服務(wù)需求。
? Fulfill the process to handle the request of the after service in warranty period.
? 組織流程滿足銷售或客戶關(guān)懷部門對客戶設(shè)備在質(zhì)保期內(nèi)的售后服務(wù)需求。
? Fulfill the process to supply manuals, maintenance handbook, RSPL when ship out equipment.
? 組織流程在項目交付時為客戶或現(xiàn)場工程師提供操作手冊、維保手冊、備品備件清單等文件。

Professional experience 專業(yè)經(jīng)驗
Minimum 3 years experience of after sales works.
至少3年售后服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗經(jīng)驗。
