Implements specified qualification measures（ Audit, testing, FAI, etc.) to achieve supplier and component qualification for business requirements

Responsible for sample incoming inspection.

Organizing and participates in quality meetings with suppliers.

Monitor the quality performance of suppliers and drive their continuous improvement.

Regularly conduct supplier audits and change management, to identify non conformities and potential risks in supplier processes and quality systems, such as VDA6.3.
定期進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商審核和變更管理，辨識(shí)供應(yīng)商過程及質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)上不符合點(diǎn)及潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，如VDA6.3。

Collaborates in the creation of material technical specifications and production support.
與技術(shù)部門合作制定材料技術(shù)規(guī)范并支持生產(chǎn)。

Support R&D and procurement departments in cost reduction projects and new supplier development.
支持研發(fā)及采購(gòu)部門降本項(xiàng)目及新供應(yīng)商開發(fā)。

職位要求：

Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, insulation material or related fields.
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程，焊接，絕緣材料等相關(guān)專業(yè)。

At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with SQE position and supplier audit, experience, stator & rotor/core/insulation material manufacturing, work experience is preferred.
5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有SQE崗位經(jīng)歷和供應(yīng)商審核經(jīng)驗(yàn)，定轉(zhuǎn)子/鐵芯/絕緣材料工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。

Quality management tool(e.g. 8D,FMEA, APQP) ，CIP methods
質(zhì)量管理工具（如8D, FMEA, APQP），持續(xù)改進(jìn)方法

Having IWE and VDA6.3 and ISO9001 certificates is preferred.
有IWE、VDA6.3及ISO9001證書優(yōu)先。

English can be used as the Working language for communication.
英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言交流。

Have good communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
