結(jié)合公司業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略及技術(shù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,最大限度利用現(xiàn)有資源承接產(chǎn)品(服務(wù))業(yè)務(wù);以公司發(fā)展為動(dòng)力,變“五年規(guī)劃潛在產(chǎn)品”為現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品;帶領(lǐng)分管的銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成年度銷售目標(biāo),并以有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的成本、合適的銷售價(jià)格、優(yōu)良的服務(wù)態(tài)度,與客戶建立良好的買賣交易關(guān)系,準(zhǔn)確地履行營銷合同,為企業(yè)獲得利潤(rùn)。
To win business (service) according to the principle of fully utilizing the existing company's integrated capability and combining company's technical development and business strategically planning. Motivated by the development of company, turn “potential products in five-year plan” into existing products. And carry out business according to divided sales forecast approved by board of directors. With the competitive cost, suitable sales price, fine attitude, establish the business relationship with customers, fulfill the contract accurately, and gain profits for the company.
主要職責(zé)
1. 為公司進(jìn)行潛在業(yè)務(wù)的開拓能力強(qiáng),主要工作內(nèi)容是:新項(xiàng)目提案,爭(zhēng)取新業(yè)務(wù)報(bào)價(jià)機(jī)會(huì)、組織新業(yè)務(wù)報(bào)價(jià)成本核算、新業(yè)務(wù)報(bào)價(jià),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手及用戶信息收集分析、商務(wù)談判,獲取定點(diǎn);
Having strong ability to exploring potential business for the company .The working content of is: new project motion, try to get chance for quotation, organize cost calculation for quotation, make quotation, collect and analyze information of competitors and customers, business negotiation, win business;
2. 擬定所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域市場(chǎng)的市場(chǎng)營銷戰(zhàn)略和市場(chǎng)開拓策略,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)于所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域客戶的整體業(yè)務(wù)績(jī)效負(fù)責(zé),對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的績(jī)效和工作進(jìn)行直接的指導(dǎo)和管理,協(xié)助部門總監(jiān)、副總監(jiān)對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的績(jī)效進(jìn)行定期的考評(píng)。
Draft the marketing strategy and business development plan of target market, Answer for the business performance of the customer they take charge, supervise and manage team member’s job and performance, assist department director and deputy director do the performance assessment for the team member.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)已獲定點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)運(yùn)作中的商務(wù)問題并指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員達(dá)成目標(biāo),內(nèi)容是:協(xié)助并支持項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理工作,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程中的價(jià)格跟蹤、商務(wù)談判及斷點(diǎn)管理控制;
Responsible for commercial issues of booked project and instruct team member achieve the target, the content is: help and support the project manager to manage program, price tracking in project process, commercial negotiation and management control on breaking point;
4. 負(fù)責(zé)分管區(qū)域現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的營銷業(yè)務(wù),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成既定目標(biāo);內(nèi)容是:年度供貨合同及價(jià)格合同的評(píng)審、簽訂、執(zhí)行、維護(hù)工作,制定年度銷售計(jì)劃及五年銷售規(guī)劃,協(xié)助客戶進(jìn)行銷售計(jì)劃、倉儲(chǔ)運(yùn)輸、售后服務(wù)的協(xié)調(diào)、推動(dòng)工作,加快應(yīng)收帳款周轉(zhuǎn)次數(shù)、確保按合同規(guī)定回籠產(chǎn)品(服務(wù))貨款;
Take charge of sales and marketing of own customers and lead team member achieve target of current producing products; the content is: Evaluating, signing, carrying out, maintaining the work of annual supply contract and price contract, make the annual sales plan and five-year sales forecast, help the customer to make sales plan, storage transportation, after-sale services, push work, accelerate the times of the turnover of the account receivable, guarantee to withdraw the payment for products (service) according to the contract.
5. 收集汽車市場(chǎng)、主機(jī)廠、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的相關(guān)信息,并分析;
Collect and analyze automobile market, OEM, the competitor's relevant information.
6. 定期訪問分管區(qū)域的客戶并擇時(shí)拜訪潛在客戶,進(jìn)行客戶滿意度調(diào)查;貼近客戶,善于傾聽客戶之聲,及時(shí)反饋、處理、跟蹤客戶及潛在客戶的信息(投訴、合理建議、需求等),致力于提高客戶滿意度,超越客戶期望;
Visit customers regularly and arrange time to visit the potential customer, carry on the customer satisfaction investigation; get close to the customers, be good at listening attentively to the customer's demand, to feedback, deal with, tracking information of customers and potential customer in time (complaining, reasonable suggestions, demand, etc.), devoted to improving customer satisfaction, exceed customer’s expect;
7. 安排客戶來訪的接待、演示、參觀工作;
Arrange customer's visiting reception, presentation, and visit on plant.
8. 客戶關(guān)系管理:指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員建立客戶的相關(guān)檔案,并實(shí)時(shí)進(jìn)行更新;
Customer's relation management: Set up the relevant files of the customer, and update in right time.
9. 遵守公司程序文件和各類作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和其他規(guī)章制度;
Obey to company's procedure file and all kinds of work instruction books and other rules and regulations.
10. 作為客戶的代表在涉及質(zhì)量要求的過程中代表顧客的需求,并闡明質(zhì)量要求。這些過程包括但不限于下述過程: 選擇特殊特性、制定質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、培訓(xùn)、糾正和預(yù)防措施、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)、參與生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品放行、工程放行、以及其它與顧客要求相關(guān)的活動(dòng);
Represent the customer's demand during the process of involving quality requirement as the customer' s representatives, and expound the quality requirement. The course includes but not limited to the following course: Choose the special characteristic, make the quality goal, training, correct and precautionary measures, product design and develop, participate producing products’ release, project release, and other relevant activity required by customers.
11.協(xié)助部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指導(dǎo)員工工作,分享成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員工作,共同成長(zhǎng)
